Website very easy to navigate, great selection, not the cheapest but excellent quality

My experience was fine but the delivery was a little disappointing. I ordered my macerator at 14.20 on a Thursday which was after the deadline for same day despatch. This meant it was dispatched late afternoon on the Friday and although Parcel Force managed to get my Macerator to the local Parcel Force delivery depot overnight on Friday they would not deliver it on Saturday because apparently it costs more for a Saturday delivery which I was unaware of. It was delivered on Monday morning. Apart from that slight issue I was happy with the service provided by PlumstoreDirect.

Never delivered and are still waiting for a refund

Poor customer service, ignored emails, didn't answer the phone or reply to left messages. When we finally got a response they couldn't supply an invoice and claimed not to be VAT registered. Will not use again.

Very pleased with my purchase. The item is a replacement for a toilet masserator that had been in for years. Removing the old one and putting in the new was relatively easy because the online description was accurate. The one one came in days. Thanks

Well !! Where do I start - june 23 ordered a macerater for a downstairs bathroom toilet hoping to have up and running before my children moved in with me - once fitted didn't work - was finally sent a 2nd one by Sean - guess what second one didn't work and told to send it back for review and refund - sent back - no refund lack of response to calls / e-mails - seeking full refund still

Macerator was advertised as a genuine Saniflo, when it turned up it was clear it wasn’t genuine. Just a cheap knock off which should cost around £125.
Despite this I had to fit it. It was installed for a couple of weeks then the unit went wrong. Seller won’t respond, no means of contact, refuses to respond to emails, voice mails. Beware scam artist at hand.

I was sent a macerator, not the one I purchased, it was advertised as Saniflo, the one I got was Ovington, could have bought that on Ebay £150 cheaper than what I paid them, their is no response from the seller, I have asked for the difference to be refunded, no response by email or telephone

Bought to replace an older Saniflo macerator. Item arrived on time and as described by Plumbstore Direct. Fitted by plumber in less than an hour (including taking out older appliance) and working satisfactorily.

They didn’t deliver on time
The saniflo was an after market one
Never returned my next day delivery charge,
Won’t answer the phone

Purchased a macerator, I've received what appears to be wrong model, pump limits lower then what I ordered , I've emailed several times mes and called multiple times, no answer, still waiting for their response.

The macerator they sent I can buy significantly cheaper from other resellers.

Using Sani Flow branding to con people into buying a inferior product.. I am a plumber and I fell for it, went back and read their wording and it states it it is a replacement for however with the giant Sani Flo logo it’s very easy to be manipulated.
