Ordered a new saniflo macerator and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I bought a macerator I receive a wrong model upto now I still waiting for their response so slow to communicate so bad .

It wasn’t the brand I ordered , I ordered a Saniflo , I got a Sanilite, that didn’t work, I’m waiting for a replacement part to see if that fixes it, if not it’ll be going back

Thought I was buying a saniflo because on the same page as the item I purchased was a saniflo logo also item price stated that it included vat yet the the company is not vat registered

No answers to phone or email selling fake saniflos called 5 times sent 3 emails no reply will get refund from credit card company AVOID AVOID !

Quick response and delivery even although I expected delay over a holiday weekend. Macerator fitted and running perfectly.... favourable pricing too!

Wrong item sent and received 2nd day not next day. And very poor comms. Still not had a resolution

Purchased a sani flow macerator when it arrived it was the wrong one that got delivered tried to phone them was told you have to contact them by email only sent three emails still no reply back still waiting customer left with ladies having to use gents toilet in busy office

Ordered sani flow for a customer and it is faulty! Been trying to contact your company for a refund or replacement and no reply to my emails or voicemails!

This company / outfit are claiming their products are Saniflo . They are using Trademarks and product marketing materials illegally . They are shamelessly selling low quality product which can’t do what the Saniflo products.

The ordering process online was very straightforward and efficient and quick to complete. The delivery of the macerator was eventually very good although it did take longer than I expected.

Wasn’t next day delivery as stated then half the order turned up rang 4 times then found out toilet was damaged and sent back by parcel force no one informed us of this rang again and was told we would have a refund up to date still waiting for or refund of £175 communication from your company I would rate as poor.

Good quality product delivered free and quickly.
