Customer service was excellent, they confirmed the cutting before finalising the order and Sonnie was very helpful changing the dimensions when I realise one was wrong.
Delivery was within timescale.
Product quality was excellent, the plywood was perfect and you could barely tell the difference between the straight edge and their cuts

This is my third order from Plydirect.
This is my third order from Plydirect.
Starting with the product, it may be slightly more expensive than DIY store Ply but you don't have to contend with boards that resemble bananas more than trees. This makes making furniture much easier especially without a host of specialist tools.
The ordering process is super easy and the team are really helpful for special requests. I've used both the phone and the chat function and found them to be both really helpful.
The deliveries usually take the time they state they will so you'll need to do a little more planning that you would for a delivery from a DIY store but the worth really is worth it.
All the drivers have been super friendly, really helpful and a credit to the company. It has actually been quite a pleasant experience having a chat to them. The ply is well stacked in purpose built racking and well secured so there is no damage in transit.
I couldn't recommend this company more. It makes the start of any project a pleasurable experience.
