Great product and company, delivery a little slow
Great product, lovely company, friendly and responsive team. The only let down was delivery. Took a little too long and first delivery slot never happened when it was supposed to. When the product did arrive though, absolutely lovely delivery guy.

Not delivered on time, delivery date kept slipping
Ordered 8 full size sheets of plywood. Expected delivery within the working week, however was delayed for some reason. Requested cancellation and was told Saturday deliver was possible. Then it become Tuesday with delivery refunded.
Come Tuesday, it will now be Wednesday. Now the Van is broken and it will be Thursday.
Requested cancellation for 3rd time. I will order from an alternative supplied with next day delivery.

i was told i would get my delivery today arranged for a carpenter to be at the job now they are telling me tomorrow. i have just lost £300! i am now told delivery tomorrow but wont give me a time till the morning. How the hell did Trustpilot give this company 4stars? its say 2 to 3 days delivery i have been waiting a week now. I will never order from here again they are not professional.

After a very rapid delivery for an urgent job,the 9mm ply panel arrived with edge damage and serious dented areas whiz looks like it was dropped.
