Wow… incredible
I’m Seriously disgusted at previous reviews… this is a new independently run company who were overwhelmed massively overnight by their appearance on dragons den!
We should be applauding & giving praise to this sort of independent company…. Not leaving negative reviews when they’ve been overcome by an influx of orders due to their spot on Dragons Den!
I personally waited about 5 weeks for delivery & had no problem with that whatsoever… had a couple of emails justifying the delay.
Despite that… they’re producing a summer product & yet I couldn’t help but try 3 on the 1st day of receipt…. Yum yum, bloody yum, an amazingly yummy & fabulous product that I would’ve waited months for… a good product is worth waiting for - seriously, what’s the rush!
I have 32 to get through & then I’m sure I’ll be ordering more.
Thank you so much for my amazing flavorous ice pops.. I seriously love them & hope you’ll keep going & will turn your small independent business into a huge nationwide success.

I placed order after seeing on Dragons…
I placed order after seeing on Dragons den, I sent an email to chase the order and got auto reply re being overwhelmed with orders. It’s understandable, being a small company and get such airtime. Anyway the order has arrived, in the freezer overnight and just tried 2 of the flavours which were amazing. Sad to see other reviews where others felt needed to cancel order. I’ll order again, but with plenty of lead time - worth it for the taste

If i could score lower than 1 star I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very poor service and communication from a company who obviously dont care about anything other than taking your money the second you place your order then forgetting about you.

Same as previous reviews, and no response to email sent on 9th Feb. However, received an email today asking for a review of the goods I’ve received! Hoping goods will arrive, as I like supporting small businesses. All that’s needed is reassurance, as I do understand they may have been deluged.
Took money immediately but still waiting for the product
Almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and, more importantly, Pola took my money and still no product received. They must have known that appearing on prime time TV would have generated interest and therefore more sales but clearly did not have the foresight to plan for it. No warning on the website even to this day about long delivery. I placed my order at the time they were actually on Dragons Den (around 8.40pm) so find it very hard to believe they haven’t got around to my order yet !!!! I have requested a refund but all I have received is a generic email from “Isaac” that I’ve already received twice before saying there is a slight delay in delivery. I wouldn’t say 3 weeks was a slight delay. I’m beginning to think I’ve been ripped off and I’ll never see either the goods or my money !!!
Failed to provide product
I ordered the product since seeing it on Dragons Den. The company clearly knew about positive responses they got from Dragons so expected even to an untrained eye that these would have triggered an increased interest in their product. There are months between the show shooting and actually being aired, yet they chose to completely not prepare for it. When placing my order, there was absolutely no notice on their website to notify of any delays, and only after a week of no updates to my order, I received a generic email message about high volume of orders. After 2 weeks, I reached out to them asking how much longer, as if it was going to be another week (3 weeks since the order at that point), I would like to cancel and request refund. After a day I got a reply to my email not answering my question, instead quoting once again high volume of orders. I immediately replied, thanking them for their response asking if they could answer my question as if it's going to be more than another week, I wanted to cancel and get refund instead. No response this time, so it left me no other option than contact PayPal (thankfully paid via PayPal rather than card directly). After two days (after being contacted by PayPal) they arranged refund.
I'm very disappointed with the service, as I'm a true believer in supporting start up businesses and this company has completely failed to function (in all aspects from keeping their stock levels updated on their website, responding to customer queries).
