The sign up process is relatively easy and the premium very competitive. I am a little concerned that the difficulty comes when trying to make a claim (According to your Google reviews) lets hope I never find out.

Had an accident mid-April
Had an accident mid-April, submitted claim online and received a confirmation email. When I called 2 days later to check, they had no record of it. I was then given a list of 3 repair shops. I chose #3, had it looked at and a week later was told they no longer use that shop. Then had to go to the next cloest repairer which was booked out until last 2 days of July. Very frustrating but cannot complain about premium price or excess amount being 2 provisional drivers.
