Terrible product
Terrible product, absolutely useless, just falls out of hair.
Then the company responds to complaints and bad reviews by saying they can't find you on their system so you must have bought an imitation. Outrageous.

Even works on fine hair.
I have very fine hair just touching my shoulders. Pony o is brilliant for keeping it in a perky ponytail. This is my 2nd purchase as the last one I bought lasted a few years before the wire inside gave way.
They are so good I have bought the small one for partial hair up and even one for my 9 year old niece who has more hair than me.
Highly recommend these.
Delivery was very fast too.

Not really what I expected
The band only really flattens my hair into a pony rather than give it lift. But it is more comfortable than a normal bobble.

Delivery was quick and the quality was fine. The colour was as shown on the charts. The only thing I would add is that it doesn’t stay in my hair independently of also needing to use a hair band as it didn’t grip the hair as I thought so after couple of hours it slid out.

It’s a great idea, but if the hair is too silky it slips.

Doesn’t last a week
Delivery was fast, but its the product its self, only used twice and didn’t last the week, its almost that the metal inside never recovers after use, it doesnt hold my hair now, shame the first few uses were great!

The pony-o classic is great for my hair (quite thin and medium length) and also my daughters (thick and long!)
Very pleased and highly recommend.
I bought a cheaper alternative and it broke straight away. I’m hoping this will last better. It already feels better quality in comparison.

Clever product and great customer service
I contacted Pony-O support before buying because I wasn't sure which colour would be a good match for my hair. They replied really promptly and were very helpful, and the colour I chose was a good match. I am still getting the hang of using the Pony-O but it gives a much prettier, more stable ponytail than I've managed with any other tools.

I like that it doesn’t pull tight on…
I like that it doesn’t pull tight on the scalp and I don't have to worry about it breaking but unless you have hair extensions or thick hair, it makes your hair sit on your head like any other hair band.

Doesn't do what is advertised
The product arrived quickly which was great, however the pony-o doesn't do what the ads, website and social media proclaim to do. I didn't get the height/lift nor did it stay in place. I followed the instructions as advised and it still kept doing the same thing!
