Ponykit 

Boots have been purchased for dog walking in the Scottish Highlands, our new home. They are warm lined without being bulky and have a decent sole. Wellies wear out quickly on the tough paths up here but the sole on these boots is sturdy and looks durable. They fit my calves - I always have to accommodate my fairly chunky calves and these boots come in 2 leg widths and arrived true to size. I am going to get a second wider pair for when the weather gets worse so I can wear few pairs of thick socks and lined trousers. The people at PonyKit are great too. I sent in an email question and it was answered straight away. I think they are excellent and am glad I found them whilst surfing the internet.

So happy with the communication. Knew exactly when it was arriving and had the choice before to change my delivery or write a note for the driver which I've never had and loved it. I wanted to check that the size of boots I was ordering were going to be wide enough around the calves for me and they went off straight away to measure a pair for me. They were going to be too narrow and they didn't have the 'wide' alternative in stock, but they offered to order them in at the same price which was done very quickly, and the order arrived with me before I knew it. Great service and great prices!

I Ordered Girth flaps and a fly mask from Ponykit online in the evening. I had a phone call from a very helpful lady next morning to say the fly mask was out of stock. She was very helpful. My refund was back in my account same day and the Girth flaps arrived next day.

I had'nt used this company before but I wanted a horsey gift for my daughter and their jewellery was lovely. I ordered a necklace and very quickly was given all the information on delivery. The item was with me within 48 hours with a courier who gave a time slot of 1 hour and duly arrived. The necklace was exactly as advertised and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I bought a Saxon fly rug from Ponykit - it was the cheapest price I found online and although I'd never heard of the company before, I decided to take a gamble and buy it from them.

I'm really pleased that I did as it's arrived only 2 days later and is exactly as I ordered. I was kept updated throughout the sale and postage process, including text message updates to let me know what time the parcel would arrive, what company would bring it, and even the name of the delivery driver!

I had the option to have the parcel left in a safe place, but my neighbour signed for it. I received a text message to let me know that my parcel had been delivered and which neighbour it had been left with.

I ordered the boots on Sunday evening, was desperate to get new boots for an event 10 days later. I was concerned about delivery and whether I would get them in time but they arrived on Tuesday - how is that for service?

I came across the site when searching for a pair of boots, the boots were fantastic price but the free postage sealed the choice. The ease of the site in ordering was ideal and I could pay quickly by paypal. The site offered clear and helpful update on the items dispatch status, and even although I ordered at the weekend, it was dispatched by first thing Monday morning. Even the courier service they used was brilliant allowing stage by stage awareness of package on route and allowed me the option by text to have delivery to a neighbour. So helpful as we live rurally and work during the day. The boots are fantastic, thanks to everyone at ponykit!😄

Wanted a small good quality fly rug for my shetland pony but without spending too much as he tends to destroy them! Found this supplier on e bay. Ordered, had immediate confirmation and dispatch and the Genuine, properly sized product arrived the next working day. Could not be better. Will absolutely use this company again. .

I was thrilled to find my boots £30 cheaper than anywhere else - the price difference was the decider on whether or not to buy them at all! They arrived very quickly - just a shame I will have to wait until winter to wear them!!!
