Me and my wife have been with Popit now for over a year. It’s great to be able to change packages monthly up or down. Customer support has always been great they are friendly and very helpful. I have recommended them to a number of individuals.

Great and good value service for my mobile sim, used abroad with inclusive roaming. Easy to set up and activate and great flexibility to be able to turn on and off as required. On-line support was very responsive when needed

Very very happy with these guys. Better reception than Three and EE. Full 100G usable in Europe (why can’t I have more?). Easy to migrate number and generally no problems at all.

Faultless - customer service and response top rate . Don’t understand why anyone would use another provider . I have been touring in EU from Spain to Finland for 3 months and being able to stream has been perfect . What more can I say !

We use Popit as our mobile wifi in our Motorhome. Our experience has been superb especially when travelling abroad. When we come home we pause our service for £1 a month and then simply reactivate when we next head off.

I have found that most/all UK sims have small print limitations about using abroad.I have used the sim from Norway down to Greece with excellent customer service and response.People just need to read(and understand) their terms.Minimal use in the UK is required before you can cancel or put on hold.

Popit delivers what it offers. We have had uninterrupted internet access using a Popit sim for over two years using it for up to three months at a time in Spain and France.
When we are home and have access to our home broadband, Popit allows one to put the sim on hold for £1 per month and reactivating as necessary is very simple. Also, their help desk is very fast and responsive and clearly is more than just a bot. It responds to your questions with answers.

I needed to ask several questions and the customer support replied very promptly and in terms I could understand.

Absolutely does what it says on the tin. I've been using my sim for 18 months now and its worked perfectly even in Switzerland which isn't included with lots of others like Smarty. I also get 5g almost everywhere in the UK.

Excellent coverage both in uk and Europe. The best company if you’re looking to travel back and forth to Europe

So far I'm finding Pop It Mobile to be fantastic, I work remotely in my car and need good data as I'm out of the road. So far Pop It has provided me with a good stable and fast connection in many rural areas. Previous networks have not offered me connections like this, recommend for good value reliable data connections.

Have been using Popit for well over a year now as our main data provider for travel in our motorhome. We use it both at home and abroad but pause it during the winter months. We have nearly always had a reliable signal for streaming of live tv and other media including music and films, podcasts and audiobooks. Whilst travelling in France we have a strong 5G connection pretty much everywhere we’ve been, even in the middle of nowhere.
Communication with the Popit team is easy via email with really good response times and working to support us when needed. For example, due to streaming the Olympics whilst away, we consumed more data than normal, Popit were fantastic in helping us to maintain our use resolving our data issue immediately.
The app is a little clunky, but once you find your way around it, it does everything it needs to.
Can’t rate Popit highly enough. In our experience, good value for money, good connections at home and abroad and excellent communication when needed.

I use a Popit SIM to put in the wifi system in our motorhome while travelling in Europe. It’s the only company, that I know of, that allows me to use all of the data I purchase, while in the EU (most only allow you to use 12GB) It works perfectly I wouldn’t use any other provider.

Got this data sim to use on holiday in Europe for 12 weeks as it gives you 100GB for £25 a month. Put on hold for a £1 but only after five weeks after I got back because I had to have used 100% of roaming (didn’t understand that). Going away again and it was a nightmare trying to find out how to go back to £25 a month. It is a good deal but app not too good.

I cannot praise this provider enough. Not only were they the only ones to explain everything in Plain English, but all their replies were swift and told me exactly what I needed to do. I needed a sim only for the Motorhome WiFi and I wanted to travel through Europe, so with roaming charges it wasn’t an easy thing to get my head around, but Popit made it very easy and wherever we went it worked absolutely fine. The billing period was well explained and reminders were sent prior to the due date. We are planning another trip at the moment and I will reinstate it without any doubts. Just to note the App was also very good, and I could log on at any time to see how much data I had left and all about my account.

I find Popit very straightforward and easy to use. If I do have a question I can a message easily through the app. I receive an answer quickly which usually answers my question. I always receive a follow up message checking that everything is ok. It is extremely useful to be able to use my data in Europe with no problems. Excellent product and service. Thanks

Customer service is excellent, when I lost my phone earlier this year i contacted poppit and a new sim arrived next morning, very easy to set up.
