No problems at all use in mifi at home & in Europe perfect thankyou

Got to be the best company for price and European coverage with no restrictions on use in Europe.

Had no problems at all, here and abroad. Use it in camper when away in France and Spain for the months there. Support was first class, sorted out my issue quickly. Recommended .

We selected Popit as we were going on a 3 month tour of the EU and were looking for a suitable roaming package. Most other providers do not allow you to use the full data package when roaming while Popit said there were no restrictions. After 3 months we can completely confirm that the roaming is excellent. What has surprised us is the excellent and responsive customer service. We are now going to move our whole family over to Popit.

My use is in a portable WiFi and we have not been let down both home and abroad. I did find it difficult to get it on hold but after instruction from the support team that worked well.
I have noticed that we use a lot of data in comparison to mobile phone data but have never run out. I do like the 100gb use and if an unlimited European use became available I would consider this option.

I used a popit sim for three months earlier this year comprising two months in France and one in the UK. The signal was very good throughout and whilst in France I used 100gb of data each month. Try getting that with anyone else !! Will use again.

Easy to sign up , excellent customer services , really speedy replies to questions and helpful advice . Good range of packages providing cost effective solutions to mobile data .

Awful company. I bought a sim for use abroad, and they hide small print 4 pages deep saying you can't fully use it abroad and have to use a specific amount in the UK first, so they try to lock you in for another month. It's not the biggest issue, but the way it's hidden throughout the site and then the customer service is dire, like trying to have a conversation with a three-year-old. Eventually said they'd cancel the renewal and didn't. Avoid.

Great product , use it every time we travel to Europe, easy to switch packages , good value for money.

While the sim worked fine, when it came time to cancel it, or at least put it on hold for £1 a month I was not allowed to. They wanted me to pay the top plan for an unstated number of months despite me not needing it. I had used it in the UK, then in France, then back in the UK. Despite stating on the site it is a '30 day no contract' sim they have undisclosed conditions that require some months in the UK at the plan you signed up for. That's fine, but they don't say anywhere how long that is. It is a completely hidden condition. It is not '30 day no contract'.

Their support were very rude and just kept repeating the same thing 'it's not for sole roaming'. Never explaining what that is. I assume it's using it only for roaming outside the UK - which I didn't do - I used it in the UK as well.

How strange to be asked to review this mobile Co when Im not even a customer. Shows their Admin is a bit incompetent.

I am very happy with the service provided. The 100gig of data while travelling in EU countries is perfect for me and now that WiFi calling is available it makes phone use at home in a poor/non-existent phone signal area. Popit covers all my needs.

When I made error in reordering I contacted Popit via phone and they immediately sorted the issue.

I have had the worst experience with Popit . Sometimes very low speed then ok then buffering ,same location . Customer service are useless . It cost me £75 in charges and to be able to cancel . They could not even tell me when i could cancel . They said sorry they made a mistake . All in all a very poor and frustrating experience with Popit . I will never use them again . Beware !!!

I bought Popit for a 6 week camper trip round Scandinavia. £25 for 100GB. I followed the ‘fair use’ guideline on a trip around Loch Ness, then set off. We used the sim in a HUAWEI Mifi and it worked faultlessly with the H app. The 100 gig lasted us exactly 6 weeks with the usual devices - iphones’ ipads, mac and firestick. Very usable website. Highly recommended.
