Great company and a very useful product especially for use in our Motorhome on trips to Europe. Easy to contact them and they provide a very supportive back up service if there are issues. Very impressed, will definitely use them again.

I had a popit sim and was happy with it but as I am spending a couple of months in Turkey where the sim won’t work the first advisor told be to remove my payment details to stop the contract and put them back to start the contract when I return to Europe so I removed the payment details. I was then told by another support person that my sim would be cancelled and I would need a new sim to use the service again which I cannot get until I am in the UK. Basically Popit have left me stuck without data when I get back to Europe so this is not a service that you can start and stop as needed.

Great and prompt service from the support team to any queries I've had. Popit works well for me, pleased I made the change.

I really wanted to use this company and their communication was good but the app was useless and I could not use my account properly so I could not trust the overall service and cancelled my contract, I may try again soon as I want to use the EE network and popit look good on paper albeit not close to being the cheapest

Best sim only deal on the market I believe, especially when travelling outside the UK. Great customer support.

Top notch service from POPIT MOBILE, ordered a sim and was in post the next day, Old number got ported over super fast and Matt at customer service was helpful and easy to understand with all my questions.

Service has been great the signal never misses a beat and I can use my minutes and data abroad unlike most other carriers now.

I bought a Popit 100GB SIM to use whilst staying at our ski apartment in France throughout January .... and it worked. Whilst other SIM providers offer "unlimited" data and EU roaming, their small print ALWAYS includes a "fair usage" restriction on data which actually reduces the amount of data you can use whilst roaming to something between 12gb & 20gb..... Not Popit, I've been able to use ALL 100GB of data whilst in France and, by creating a mobile hotspot on my phone, my wife has also been able to use data without restriction (NB. remove the default restriction on social media data on the Popit website). Data speeds have been good and I've had no problem with streaming films/live tv. Customer service from Matt was excellent and I will certainly use Popit SIM again when travelling. As others have said, the dashboard needs some work and the Android app was withdrawn shortly after I purchased my SIM but these are practical issues that I would expect to be sorted out as the business grows.

Got a sim for use in mifi whilst touring France. Contacted customer service as unable to get it working. After a couple of emails back and to it turned out the API settings on the mifi were incorrect, these were corrected courtesy of Matt at Popit and we were all sorted ✅ Great customer service all done within the hour.

What can I say, other than it just works. Roaming in Europe with 100gb of data without fair usage limits imposed and glitch free. The data speeds are amazing compared to my previous supplier. I’ve logged 140mbs in one location. This is the best and not always the case, and the worst was still better than the best that Three Mobile could muster. For people especially that need roaming in Europe, poppet mobile for me has been a revelation.

Some aspects of setting up are not crystal clear from the website and instructions provided but I managed in the end.

The web interface seems rather basic and not very intuitive but this is a small company just starting up and I'm sure they'll improve it.

The downloadable Android APP doesn't work properly - when I click in the spaces to insert login details the on-screen keypad doesn't pop up on my phone (so I can't type in the login details!). There's clearly a APP programming problem which needs to be sorted out.

Ok not the best or most professional website or dashboard, but it works , Customer service ...my experience ... excellent.. especially Matt who has answered my many queries initially , very promptly via chat and email, and helped me set up and transfer my number. If anyone deserves a bonus or payrise it's him 😃( I am not related to him in anyway, nor never met him 😃) I just hope they continue to succeed despite some of the nonsense written on face book about them.Please try it .

I cannot fault this network I’m in love with popit. It’s not polished to perfection yet as in no point ringing and the dashboard is not user friendly but they offer the best service bar none I’m cancelling all other contracts and only using popit Many of my friends on my recommendation are doing the same. Coverage is great everywhere. And the people on live chat are the most friendly helpful people you could wish to deal with. Do not hesitate to use this provider well done popit

I purchased a 100gb sim in October 22 and cancelled it on my return to the UK two months later. I had a small problem whilst I was abroad which they sorted out very quickly and efficiently. We are now changing our O2 contract over to PopIt as I personally can’t fault the service.

Update - my partner subsequently signed up for Popit and has had good experience - in fact she has enjoyed better connections than i have with EE - which is ironic since Popit piggybacks on the EE service - go figure lol !?!?

We travel quite a bit in the EU so this offering looked interesting with very few roaming limitations. We have been with 3, O2, Vodafone & Giffgaff and all are limiting data usage. Popit certainly aren’t offering the cheapest package, but if EU roaming is important, and it is to us, it looks as though they’re filling a gap in the market and worth trying. I signed up and paid, but at that stage my experience effectively ended due to their lack of any real customer service when a problem was encountered. Web, phone, live chat and email support are all seemingly there, but desperately wanting in reality. I’ve given 2 stars only because their theoretical offering looks positive. I wish them well, but I’m pretty sure they will struggle with these service levels…

Firstly I'd like to say that Popits customer service is unmatched & have always been prompt to help with any questions or concerns I've ever had. Even during the weekend while it's peak hours I've seen received a prompt eagar to help response. I frequently travel to other surrounding countries & this service provider has been the best choice so far. I 100% recommend all day everyday

Hi this looked a good deal so I thought I would sign up. Gave all details on Monday and hoping to get sim card by Friday for trip to France. Alas no joy. Card hasn't arrived despite the company saying it would be next day delivery. So gone to France now without the card . I will stay with smarty now. Goodbye popit
