Brilliant customer service
I had brilliant customer service from Adam. He sent additional big samples of material to help me choose the colour of my sofa and held the purchase until I was able to have it delivered.
As I am due to receive the sofa this coming week, I can’t comment at this stage on its quality or the efficiency of the delivery.
I can say that it was a pleasure buying from this company.

We love our new sofa
We love our new sofa!
It came faster than planned, by a week, which is amazing!
We had a little hiccup with the legs of the sofa, we received 4 (slightly damaged ones) by mistake instead of 6 (for a 4 seater). Adam from Customer Service was very kind and he arranged a new delivery of the correct sofa legs. We recommend Portabello 100%!

Great company with quality products
Great company with quality products. We ordered the Milano 4 seater in the boutique bottle and it came within 5 weeks! Adam sent us samples and was very helpful in helping us decide our lovely chesterfield. We have had many chesterfields over the years but the finishing has not been as good as this one! The mrs loves it and we couldn’t recommend PORTABELLO enough! Thank you guys!

BEWARE
PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS ON DELIVERY.
The Bed I have been supplied does not display any Fire Safety Regulation Labels which is a legal requirement.
Their own 'Dispute process' was not followed and they have refused to Refund. I would not recommend to anyone.
