Lies, lies, lies and more lies, still awaiting my delivery and not sure this company actually exists - feel I have been scammed and will be claiming through my credit card company. The ordering process was smooth and very helpful but once they have your money it is a. Different story - avoid and safe the hassle. How ever good the items are (should they ever arrive) I will always relate them with hassle now so the joy of purchasing has been taken away.

Not the best experience. Product was not as good quality as I would expect considering the price. Customer service was poor and it’s delivery was delayed. No updates unless I chased them. When it arrived it was damaged, I was sent a spare part in the post and told to fix it myself!

Absolutely delighted with our beautiful bespoke leather Venetia sofa and scatter cushions. It looks divine, feels really comfortable and the quality is superb. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and friendly delivery team. High quality product and high quality service. Great experience.

Purchased two of the Milano velvet chesterfield sofas in steel and couldn’t be happier. The detail and craftsmanship is amazing. Everyone that has seen them has commented on how much they love them. I have and would recommend Portabello to anyone, looking for a great quality sofa.

Very disappointed at the so called quality of the bed has x3 buttons missing obviously no quality control I will be sending in photos of the defects lots of other issues none of the bed side frames line up flush also the ed feet was not packed properly and are now scratched due to The screws on them scratching together so so disappointed in the lack of response and the way they treat you once they have your money please buy a bed from a real company portabello is a sham

After months of looking at cheap and nasty sofas in large stores I lost the will to live. I decided to browse the net and look for something of better quality that was affordable. Came across Portabello Interiors when browsing wayfair. Took the plunge and ordered a Milano 3 seater and 2 seater in charcoal. Also ordered a matching footstool. The manufacture took around 6 weeks and the quality is absolutely superb. I highly recommend the products from this company, they are clearly built to last and are far superior to anything you will find lurking in the high street. Customer service excellent too.

We are extremely pleased with our Venetia sofas and scatter cushions.
The whole process of buying them was straightforward and they were delivered in 9 weeks from ordering them which given Christmas and New Year was in this period was very good.

We ordered one of the sofas out of Portabello’s Milano collection. Ended up going for velvet and wow - what a lovely piece. Adam was particularly helpful throughout the whole ordering process. Cannot fault.

Ordered a sofa and armchair and love both the quality, style and service! Delivery was 1 week earlier than anticipated, price was reasonable too! Sofas have been in about a few weeks now and it's really completed the room. I found these guys from wayfair first, but going direct is so much better! I got to fully customize my order, Gary was great in fast responses to my questions via email. Their website isn't 100% up to date, so contacting them directly is the best. Definitely recommend!

Very speedy service, I received my club chair after three weeks of ordering which I was more than happy about, just in time for my birthday. The quality was great and the colour matched the fabric sample that was sent out, very pleased!
