I’m trying to make a return on one of the items that I bought. I must’ve reached out to you about 15 times and I did not hear back from you. I reached out via chat text email and searching for your telephone number online which you don’t have listed. It is very annoying and very frustrating to keep on being busy with one little return without any response from the company.

Cute but Smelly
I purchased two shoes which look exactly like the products on their page. Shipping was fast.
The only issue I have is the strong smell…almost smells like nail polish remover? Also one of my shoes has some scuff marks on it.

Purchased the Eden Strapless Striped Bustier and the Eden Asymmetrical Waist Mini Skirt. Both were on sale at a great price! Shipping and communication from Porterist was great. The items are a little small so I might exchange size. Still decided but I love that I have the option for returns.
The items are both great quality and have more stretch than I expected, which is great. Very similar to the photographed products on the site. Overall I am very pleased with my items and experience!

Cute design but for 50 bucks it's extremely cheaply made. Polyester fabric they aren't transparent about that- and very ugly stitching on the seam.
