The beaded bag that I ordered had some beads loose in the package, the bag wires were broken when I receive the bag. But I love how it looks otherwise. Hopefully it may be repaired.

Cute but low quality
Shipping was relatively quick. Item is cute (but small), but quality is lacking for the price point. Extremely thin fabric—could have easily come from a manufacturer like SHEIN

Their sizing is extremely inconsistent
Their sizing is extremely inconsistent. I requested a return and after 3 weeks never heard back from them. I had to file a chargeback with my bank.
Update: you did not send an email with details on how to return. What you sent was an email telling to do something I’ve already done had I provided the email confirmation which shows I followed the proper steps. You are sending me around in circles and you only replied to my email after I wrote this review. Your customer service is awful. Your returns process is even worse.

EXCELLENT customer service. I had a technical issue purchasing my dress (wrong price posted) and their customer service kindly honored the lower price for me (I did have a screenshot of the lower price). The dress arrived and it was well packaged and beautiful, a very high quality item which I was happy about since I hadn't purchased from the site before so wasn't sure. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit me correctly so I did have to return it. Their customer service advised how to do so and sent me two links to make sure I knew how their process worked and then to complete my return. Although this item didn't work out for me, I will definitely buy from this site again. Thank you!
