The beaded bag that I ordered had some beads loose in the package, the bag wires were broken when I receive the bag. But I love how it looks otherwise. Hopefully it may be repaired.

Hi. Great reliable and nice customer service.
Although my issue could not be resolved and the second dress I bought i ended up asking my tailor to change the zipper( the end of it was pinching on my neck), they were a pleasure to deal with. Quick and reliable customer service.
I would buy more clothing from them in the future.
Maybe invest in better zippers!:)

Would you like to customer yo pay you 1 to 2 months after they purchased?!? Your return procedures are just not standard to the market right now. It could be a major turn off for many customers…
