So much hassle and it could be so much easier. Possibly the worst tool I've ever had to deal with. You stand there in the post office being sold this dream of ease and convenience to discover you cannot register the card until 10.30 the next day. Then when you come to register the next day it tells you that you have tried too many times and now you need to call up. Easier to just get currency and be done with it.

We got the Post Office Travel Money Card for a cruise last year and we’re using it again for our holidays this year because it’s been so reliable. What you see is what you pay, with no extra card fees like you often get with debit or credit cards. It’s easy to top up while you’re away, and switching between currencies is straightforward. Overall, it’s simple to use, convenient, and great for keeping travel spending stress‑free. You can add it to your wallet on your phone too so u don’t take the card out with you.

Take over at our Post Office. Got a hard act to follow previous staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The new people running same are not as friendly to customers and in small community as this communication is key.

Fantastic for my teenage lad in France on a school trip. Easy, and safe from pickpockets in Paris in a zipped trousers pocket. The PIN code also protects the money if it is stolen, so he's safe and sound. It has helped to make his first big trip feel reassured.
