Ved afhentning i Odense foregår udlevering i varegården ved modtageområdet. Man skal gå eller køre om bag butikken til rampen bagved og ringe på klokken ved porten.

DISHONEST SERVICE: Power Odense ignores consumer rights and property damage
I am appalled by the way Power Odense handles customer claims. My coffee machine (Case 4694321) broke for the second time with the same defect. Even worse, I have video evidence that the machine was damaged (scratched) by their service center during the first repair.According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (§ 78), I am entitled to a replacement (omlevering) when a repair causes "significant inconvenience" and property damage. I formally refused any further repairs and demanded a replacement.The communication has been a series of lies:
Support (Christian) claimed the repair was finished on May 28, while the official workshop status still showed "on the way to workshop" days later. I have screenshots of this misinformation.They completely ignored my formal legal claims and my offer to provide video evidence of the damage.Today, they sent a robotic message saying the machine is ready, completely disregarding my legal refusal of the repair.
Power Odense is trying to force a twice-repaired, scratched machine on me instead of following the law. I refuse to pick it up. I demand a new replacement. I have all the documentation, screenshots, and video evidence ready for Nævnenes Hus.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience regarding the charge for a bag after your purchase. I understand that this can feel frustrating, especially after spending a larger amount.
In Denmark, it has become mandatory by law to charge for plastic carrier bags, as part of an effort to reduce plastic consumption and encourage more sustainable choices. Because of this regulation, bags are not included for free, even with larger purchases.
That said, I do understand your reaction, and I’m sorry that this left you with a poor impression of your visit. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve how we communicate this to customers going forward.

Disappointing click and collect service.
Click and collect service very disappointing. Several staff behind the counter only a few dealing with customers. Rest engaged in conversations with themselves. Had to wait over 10 minutes to be serve.
Experienced exactly the same the last time I use click and collect at Power, will not be using click and collect service again.

New laptop not covered by warranty!!!
I bought a new laptop from the Odence branch, and 40-45 days later the laptop stoped detacting the SSD, and I tried to find a soulotion to fix it (without desmbaling or anything), turn it off and on, leave the battary to run out and turn it on without power cable but nothing worked. so I took it to them and told them if it's possibale I need my data and we agreed on that. So after a while, they contacted me and said the SSD need to be rest and the files can't be recovered! So I agreed (so it's a hardware issue, otherwise they could've just recovered my data). Days pass, and they reached out to me that it is ready to pick up, but I told them to ship it as I have the right for a free return shipping, to be surprised that they are asking for "handling fees" 580 kr !!!!! And when I refused to pay anything as it is under warranty, they said that I had signed a paper stating that software issues are not covered!! while they themselves stated that it is a hardware issue!! after back and forth with them, they kept teling me it's a software thing ( I am a bit of into this kind of stuff and I know for a fact it's not a software issue), this might sound a bit redclues but I really can't afford that kind of money and I shoud not pay it as it's still under warranty!!
They keep saying the handling fees are for the service centre that handled the laptop, so I went and looked it up and surprise, surprise, it's "conmodo" located in Sweden with a 2.0 review score on here, and it says it's located in Norway!!! So go figure.
I thought this was a well-known company that would have a decent warranty, but apparently it's just a scam.
NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD AROUND.

I feel I wasted my life ordering from the online store. I ordered an item to be delivered to their store. Took 20 days. Passed around their AI chat and human customer service, the customer service didn't even bother to write with capital letters after dots. Tried to get in contact with the store, promised a 48 hour response. Of course that's a lie and they actually never responded. Tried to cancel, they say the store will contact. Ofc the store never contacted me. So they stole my money easily just like that
