I'm not happy with this experience at all. It's been 16 days since my purchase, and I still haven't received my product. When I went to the store to inquire about the situation, the sales representative didn't care, just said "I don't know" and closed the issue. Today is the 16th day, and I'm still waiting for my product.

In the last conversation, they said my order would arrive on July 20, 2025, but I still don't have any information about it. Since I didn't receive it on the date your sales representative promised, I haven't been able to get any photos from my vacation. Bought an adaptar 3 weeks ago and ordered pick up at the store in Odense.
Got information that was on the store on 27/05/2025. Go to the store, they cannot find it.
Next week go there again as I received an email to ask me to inform how was the experience. Once again they cannot find it and claim that even though I got an email I need to receive a sms. 1 more week foward Power personal still didnt ordered a new one or refunded me the money.
Stay away from Power, promisses are there to die.

My recent "click-and-collect" experience…😕🛍️
My recent click-and-collect experience at the Odense store was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. After waiting roughly for 10 minutes at the designated collection point, I was told my order wasn't there and directed to the computer department. Another queue and more wasted time followed, only to be ignored by the staff member when it was my turn. He then informed me I was in the wrong place again and simply walked away without offering any clear directions.
Eventually, I found the correct department, waited another 10 minutes, and then the staff member had to search for my order, which should have been ready for pickup. Finally, I was sent back to the original counter to pay, enduring yet another long wait. Even then, the cashier couldn't locate the item, and I had to find it myself.
This entire process was a complete mess, involving multiple unnecessary queues, unhelpful staff, and a general lack of communication. It's clear that the click-and-collect system in this store needs improvement. Compared to my seamless experiences with other companies, this was extremely disappointing and has discouraged me from shopping here again.

Order delayed, inefficient customer support
Update 13 Nov: Still waiting. No delivery and no contact from store. And offcourse using alot of our time to follow up.
Order placed: 06 October
Promised delivery: 06 November
Got new delivery date 13 Nov via sms on Nov 5 evening.
Not delivered today ( 13 Nov). Support told they dont drive to our city but only on Monday.

Update: its day 3 and i still waiting for a call from store. Just wanted to mention as a feedback to the reply to my original post. Honestly, its waste of time but am still writing here to warn others.
Bought washing machine and dryer from
Odense with an option for home delivery. Delivery time was a month that we agreed with the term power will make sure it will be delivered on time.
Late night we received message there wouldn’t be any delivery tomorrow but a week later. Tried to reach out support via chat and call with no solution but store will call within 72 hours. Why power think customers have no day work and they are available while store is busy. I dont understand this customer service. Lesson learnt and would not trust there delivery plan anymore. I hope they revise the process to make sure when mistake on their side then customer deserve a basic service.
