Purchased a Dacota Office Chair 301 Mesh (order X3V7YY4) at Power Vesterport on 11/04/2026. Upon assembly I discovered the chair was delivered with two right armrests instead of one left and one right — a clear packing error with photographic documentation.
When I contacted Power to request the missing left armrest be sent to my address, I was informed this was not possible and that I would need to personally transport the product to the store at my own expense. This is not in accordance with købelovens §§ 78-79, which states the seller must remedy defects without cost or inconvenience to the consumer.
I have since filed a formal complaint with Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (case 1086543) and sent a formal legal letter to Power management. The matter remains unresolved.

Very bad experience both with online assistance and in store pick up. In store they made me wait for over 20 minutes for a click and collect prepaid order. The absolute worst experience ever

The EU rules about returning in-ear headphones are not clarified but Power has decided not to accept any returns. Ordered some in-ear headphones online on Friday, had to open the seal to see them. Took them back to a physical store on Monday (so two days later) and was told they cannot be returned. The packing is in perfect condition apart from the seal I broke to see the actual headphones themselves.

Hi,
The product offer and price was great for QLED Tv. The first visit to the store at Vesterport was not upto the mark since there was only one personnel attending the customers. For 1 hour I had to wait and finally the store was closed.
The second visit was fantastic since the salesperson was quick in finding the product for pickup and creating the receipt. The instore insurance price and in the website were different.
Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money.

It took almost an hour to pick up the phone I ordered. I had to wait in the queue for nearly half an hour while the sales agent made a call to assign someone to hand over the phone to me. This could have been done in just a few minutes!

The sales personal over there are probably the worst I’ve encountered in Denmark. The sales assistant at the computer sales his name is aleksander. Is extremely rude and dismissive to customers. He has a dismissive attitude and non willingness to to attend to customers. Rude ! Probably not the job for him .

The customer service was worse because when I went there I had to wait like 20 minutes there were no people for the pickup area and when it's my turn they took another person another two three couples couple of people but they did not even ask me when it's my turn they just left to get something else for another one and then the other customer service guy came and he then take my request rather those who came in another line he prioritized them it was worse experience
