The customer service was worse because when I went there I had to wait like 20 minutes there were no people for the pickup area and when it's my turn they took another person another two three couples couple of people but they did not even ask me when it's my turn they just left to get something else for another one and then the other customer service guy came and he then take my request rather those who came in another line he prioritized them it was worse experience
I liked Power, I feel happy when I receive the ordered goods on time and I feel even happier when I get points on the purchase of goods.

Employees are try to force to take a subscription, if you don't take subscription you won't a very good behaviour.
I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received the 6th november at 15:00.
My boyfriend and I were the only ones in line waiting to pick up our package. The man behind the counter (wearing a white shirt), who was supposed to help us, completely ignored us even though he clearly saw us waiting for around 20 minutes.
Instead of serving us, he went to get his energy drink and walked past us several times without saying anything or offering help. In the end, we had to ask another employee – a woman for whom it wasn’t even part of her job – to help us find our package and complete the payment.
This experience felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m extremely disappointed with this level of service and I really hope you will address this and improve your customer service in the future.

Never ever go to this book shop
They’re good to sell and cheat when you need them to help you they never help you and they have the worst product. They look very nice but when you take it home after two or three months, you have a problem with it when you come back to get help nobody help you. There are many employee, but nobody have a service mind. They never help be careful don’t go to the.
The guys I talked with were very knowledgeable and easy going. They made things very simple for someone who is reluctant towards technology.
