Good! Fast!

I received gift vouchers from my job for this store. When I went there I wanted to exchange the vouchers for money, and they told me they don't do that. Then I thought I need to buy something, otherwise I lose the money. So I bought a laptop. Then when I came back home I saw on their website that you can return the product if you regretted your decision, it also says that I can exchange the vouchers for money. I went to the same store and told them. They did not care at all, they even accused me of money laundering, and did not want to give me back the money. These people are just crazy. They told that the best they can do is only give me back the money for the laptop in vouchers and they will explicitly write on the receipt that I don't get any money. Because the laptop was bought with 5 years vpn, anti-virus, and two years technical phone support they told me this can not be returned. Which is their second lie. On their website and even when I called customer support they told me that any service I can return in a period of 14 days. I literally bought the laptop yesterday. These people are absolute liars and scammers, I can't believe this happened! Never buy from them!

The sales associate was very friendly and helped me out with exchanging co2 canisters for my sodastream.

Ordered Philips TV around 2 weeks ago and was also supposed to get a free soundbar together with the TV as a part of a campaign. The TV is good and it was delivered to the Vesterport shop quite fast. However, when I came to collect it the sales assistant said that they didn't have the soundbar in the store and wanted to send me to Hvidovre to collect it. I did not argue, rather told that I can come in a couple of days until you get it back in the stock. The sales guy agreed and pretended that he was organizing the delivery. A week after I still don't have any information and pass by the store to ask when the soundbar will be ready for pick up and the other sales assistant checkes the systems and it turns out that no one ordered anything (he said apparently the other guy dealing with it just forgot to do so...). So this sales assistant (seems like) ordered the delivery of the soundbar to Vesterport... however, a couple or days already passed with no info so far. Will see if it finally gets delivered or sales assistants again forgot to organize the delivery...
So long story short, I believe this is a very, very bad customer care level, I'm really disappointed...

I went to the store to pick up my order. It was my first time visit in that store. I went down to computer section to see some laptops. I was checking a laptop suddenly the security alarm start to rang.
There was an employee I looked at him but he was busy with a customer so I continued to checking the laptop. Then there was other laptop alarm was ringing as well. One warehouse employee came without seeing the problem and told me to Leave the store. I said what? He said Just leave the store. I said call your manager the other employee came who was already there and said I am the manager and leave the store. What the hell is this, what kind of customer service you provide. Instead of fixing your alarm system, they asked me to leave the store in front of all the customers. My children were with me as well. They were just saying one thing leave the store without any reason. I was shocked and told them they can't choose who will come here or who can't. Our local store is Herlev and went quite few times to Frederiksberg power store as well. Never experienced any bad behaviour like that before.
Power have the worst staff in vesterbro. No respect for children and for any customers. What the hell they think and what kind of service they are providing, completely shocked. More employees came one by one and saying leave the store. I was angry because its not my fault if security alarm started.
They should know the issue, and it's not end of the world. I have seen in other power before many times with the phones alarm start but never seen staff going crazy and asking to leave the shop. This was really humiliated and worst experience ever. Bad staff bad ethics. Then the other employee told that manager is not in the store and will come tomorrow. He was a crazy , ill mannered employee, was lying he was the manager. Seriously ill mannered staff. No respect and values. Very sad and shocking.

Great service in click & collect of my new iPhone. Definitely recommended
