Bad experience
I ordered online using click and collect. I received a confirmation message stating that my items were ready for pickup at the store. When I arrived, the situation was disorganized. They were only able to find one item, and the rest were missing, even though they had previously confirmed that everything was prepared and ready for collection.

Terrible sales personnel
It’s almost impossible to fine anyone to help you. Even if you do find someone, there’s a big chance they won’t know more than you. Was looking to buy a TV, but there were multiple good models, so I asked for some additional information from one of the salesmen - a young boy was just reading from the specification sheet that was in front of the TV - it was obvious, he had no idea what he was selling.
