Pickup order had disappeared
I arrived to pick up my order, which wasn't there so one of your sweet workers ordered a new one for me, which I will pick up in a couple of days.
It was after Black Friday so I suspect the volume of orders was to blame. A bit of a disappointing experience, but you handled it as you could. I would have loved to gotten a offer for free delivery to my home address instead of coming back for a new pick up. :)
