Pretty Ordinary Customer support
I visited the store for Black Friday electronics deals. Unfortunately, I waited over an hour for assistance with my product queries. The support staff seemed inclined to charge me excessively for installation services until I presented a lower price from a different store. I felt like I just want to get out of the store. As a store merchant dont they even know that there will more people in the store when there is a Sale.?
And It's been four days, and I'm uncertain about the shipment status. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the prolonged wait, pricing tactics, and lack of clarity regarding my order's shipping timeline.

I bought an AirPad and explicitly asked for the iPencil 2nd gen (as I knew that the 1st gen do not work with this IPad) but got the wrong Pencil. Of course, kid opened the box and the return policy does not accept returns.

Overall good
The staff were friendly and my purchase was easy enough. I did notice that there was a lot of empty space in the store that didn't look sp good but Power have only just taken over so hopefully that changes over time.
