Purchased an induction hob
Purchased an induction hob. Been given a week later date for the installation and when I asked for an earlier installation it was set for 2 days after (Friday) between 14-16. Then no one showed up and no one picked up my calls. Later around 18:00 I was called from another number that they could install at 19:00 or after the weekend. I confirmed the time and it was all completed by 20:00 however During installation one of the porcelain fuse lock was broken and promised to be provided by the next day. Not surprisingly can’t get any reply since then, neither from the assembly crew or power.se support.
