Sorry, but my experience was not good about customer handling. I got the email confirmation and an sms to get my product. I went to collect and when I asked about my order, she said that sorry we dont have it right now and you got wrong information. When I left from there and was on the way back to home then I got another sms that you can collect your order now. It was just wastage of my time that next day again I have to go to collect. Next day when I collected my order, it was given as it is without any bag even. When I asked for the bag she said sorry its sold out. It was bit disappointing for me.

Having to stand to line for half an hour with all other customers while many bought at store not online.

I went to this place to buy a brand new laptop. When I proceeded to the cashier I just asked to remove the seal and open the box to check the laptop. Surprisingly, when I checked it was a refurbished or a returned or a showroom display item with a damage at one corner. They tried to sell it to me as a brand new laptop. Glad I opened it there and carefully checked. I felt deceived and discriminated. I was really dissapointed over this incident at this type of a shop in Sweden. Initially the staff tried to justify and cover up the incident but later they acknowledged it and apologized. I also made a complaint to customer services. Be careful and extra vigilant if you buy a laptop from this place. However, I never recommend this place to anyone for laptops and mobile subscriptions.

The store layouts and options of products was good. Pricing was however almost never displayed/available on the shelves or not with the appropriate items, thus required help all the time to get pricing info.

It is so convenient, and an happy online shopping experience.

Excellent place to shop in Stockholm area for electronics and gadgets. I have been shopping Power (previously MM) after I arrived to Sweden and found both quality and good price.
Highly recommended.

I received the message to pick up an item which I reserved via click and collect. But the item was out of stock and I was kept waiting.
I also received another message saying there will be another replacement option but the person at the counter doesn’t had any clue about it.
Overall it was a waste of time which could have been handled better

Customer service is non-existent. They have staff standing around chatting to each other whilst customers are queuing for a long time. It’s the same or even worse at their Kungens Kurva site too.

The lady that actually helped me was kind and did her job well and therefore I’ve raised it with a star.

All Is good, workers are friendly, good prises
