Matt visited today to try and mend our dishwasher. Sadly it could not be saved but Matt clearly knew his stuff- taking the time to explain the problem - and he was really helpful in recommending replacements.

A real asset to Wellington High Street.
After researching a replacement tumble dryer, which had very limited availability nationally, I found and purchased with a company through Amazon only to be let down and then have to deal with a convoluted refund process.
I visited Jon at the Wellington store and he gave great advice on alternatives, both more and less expensive. He made time to talk about different technologies, warranties and running costs.
Adamant on purchasing the make and model I wanted, he secured a unit, he was upfront about supply difficulties and promised to keep me informed throughout.
Not only did Jon call to confirm stock availability, he called to advised on delivery dates, then had the unit shipped to Wellington and helped me put the new dryer in the back of the car.
A good, honest and friendly no pressure sale, and a real asset to Wellington High Street.
