Perfect 5* service.
From an order for an oven placed on Saturday, delivery and fitting happened on Monday morning. All round fast and efficient service, neatly topped off by two gents (sorry, I didn't catch your names) who completed the installation, then took the time to make sure I knew the necessary details, as well as greeting the canine residents. Cannot fault the service and would recommend Powerpoint 100%

Tumble dryer repair
Called Powerpoint regarding a repair to our tumbledryer. An engineer called the following day and completed the repair in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. This is the normal way with Powerpoint. All of our repairs and the majority of our purchases are made with the same good, local company. We try to not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience
Excellent first contact via phone. PowerPoint called when they promised and kept me informed on engineer arrival. Matt diagnosed the fault quickly, explained my options clearly and repaired as needed. It's always a gamble to source repair work and in this instance I struck the jackpot. Cannot recommend either Matt or PowerPoint highly enough.
