Communication is awful
Communication is awful ! I have a car seat which was not cheap and after waiting months for it, it has now started to unthread on the cover. After several emails and no reply I am leaving this review in hope of some sort of contact. I know the seat has a 2 year warranty due to contacting the manufacturer.
Shops gone into liquidation
I paid a lot of money for a travel system, had it ordered into store just had one last remaining instalment to be made and now the whole company is gone, with my money and travel system.. they’ve screwed over so many expectant parents. I’m heavily pregnant, a lot of money down and now without a pram or car seat for my baby! I really hope they’re never allowed to open again, the stress this has caused is unbelievable

Have now been waiting for my order of £380 worth of nursery furniture for over 3 weeks which said it was in stock ??, have emailed and phoned several times and left messages and they are not returning calls or emails??. Just tried to get onto website with no luck, also it is saying it is permanently closed ?? Bad company. Just had an email to say they have gone into Liquidation, they must have known a week or so ago, but not telling the customer's with orders is bad.

Over a month delayed for the item and I was calling/emailing them to chase until I cancelled. Over a week since requesting cancellation over the phone, still no email to confirm the cancellation and process of refund. I’ve been calling repeatedly and now only get through to their voicemail. Shambles!

27/11/2023- Since my review I am shocked to see the store has closed and been emptied and no communication has been made and social media pages have been deactivated. My buggy was due to be collected this week and when I call it rings to voicemail and can see multiple customers have experienced the same and have been trying to contact the store for weeks not ideal when my baby is due in just over 2 weeks..
Awful If there was an option for -5 they would have got that. Save your time and efforts shop elsewhere!
Awful! After waiting over 3 weeks for my item they were not able to offer any further updates and I was having to call non stop. In the end they said they couldnt give me any estimation on the delivery so gave me a refund, great but now have to wait 3 to 5 days until I receive the refund into my account in order to purchase elsewhere, no efforts were made to honor the sale and I am still here a month later waiting on a buggy I desperately need! I ordered another one off kiddies Kingdom, is arriving on next day delivery DPD!
****Yes and I'm sorry that I had recieved a 1*service. It was agreed I would recieve a refund as there were no other options, you couldn't get a buggy to me nor could you give me an ETA so that I could make an informed decisom as to wether I was able to wait or not, in which case I would argue that wasnt much of a choice! I was fortunate that I was able to get some help from a family member in order to purchase elsewhere as I couldn't afford to lose 3 to 5 days when it came to ordering an item that I desperately need.
Also in terms of sourcing it elsewhere I believe that further efforts could have been made in order to rectify the issue and to fulfil the sale agreement.
Whilst I fully understand that late deliveries are out of your hands it's my experience that I'm rating and from a service perspective that's my honest opinion. It was a time wasting and frustrating experience. The ladies on the phone were nice and polite but the outcome remains the same.
I also told you that I would be leaving a negative review so this should have been expected.

Expert advice and 5 star service
We visited precious little things as one of the first baby shops we’d been to to simply get an idea on prams/travel systems and see some rather than blindly order online. Marc was great, he spent time talking us through a range of different brands and answering all the questions we had. There was no pressure to buy either (however this made us want to go back there.)
We visited once more and they happened to have a bank holiday sale on for 15% off, but we just wanted to ask a few more questions to finally decide on the system that was best for us. They kindly honoured the discount when we came back a few weeks later to buy the Cybex Balios.
We can’t wait for it to arrive and are more than satisfied by the customer service we received.

Brilliant service and lovely shop
Found this shop on a whim due to a friend sharing on facebook. Myself and my partner thought we’d give it a go and get some ideas from prams/car seats and probably go home, not expecting to actually purchase one same day! The gentleman that looked after us was amazing, really knew his stuff. Took the time to understand our wants and needs and met it exactly. Answered all our silly questions, knew all about the safety side of the products he was showing us which is super important. We went in at the perfect time as they had a Autumn sale on, so we got a good price on a bundle and we’re able to pay a 20% deposit on the day and pay the rest at a later date which always helps! We didn’t get the man’s name but he was the only man working in the shop when we came in 23/9/2023.
To top it off he even let me use the staff toilet which really means a lot to a pregnant woman!

After a lot of confusion, PLT agreed to refund the item purchased (I had managed to get it elsewhere). I believe a lot of the confusion was down to miscommunication with the manufacturers themselves so I was very relieved when PLT agreed to take on the costs of this confusion themselves. Unreliable delivery and service overall, avoid at all cost
Placed an order in store for a Cybex pram set, was advised delivery will take 1-2 weeks. I then received a phone call explaining there’s an issue with customs and my order is delayed. The pram itself ended up being delivered only 1.5 months after placing my order but it was still missing the footmuff which I was told will be ordered for me separately, and it never arrived.
I placed my order being halfway through pregnancy, I’m now due and the order is still not fully fulfilled - that’s 4 months of waiting! Footmuff itself may not seem that important compared to the pram but it’s actually £90 full price when purchased separately… Chasing customer services didn’t help - was just told to wait more with no ETA or further updates.

Delay out of their control, but they made up for it!
I ordered a Cybex pram and car seat bundle. We had a delay in the delivery due to containers being held for inspection, so after talking with customer service they sent me my car seat just so I had it on time for my babies arrival, and the pram arrived just in time too afterwards. Customer service did their best to resolve the situation and help put me at ease.
