Good products, however do not use with TopCashback!
Good checkout experience with a variety of payment options and good communication with order updates and delivery within 8 days. However I have reduced my rating as I bought through TopCashback. It tracked and my cashback was pending, however after a month or so the cashback was declined. When I raised this issue with TopCashback, they told me that Precious Little Things had marked my order as cancelled, returned or exchanged so I didn’t receive anything.
This was very disappointing as I had received and kept all of my order. I know that cashback is a bonus, however that was the only reason I used Precious Little Things and this experience has put me off using them again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I ordered the 'Cybex Solution Z i-Fix Car Seat Group 2/3 - Deep Black' in good faith last Sunday, because the PLT website indicated that it was in stock. It is still showing to be in stock, however Rihanna explained that this means that it is in stock with the manufacturer, not with PLT. Not only is this unacceptable from a customer service perspective, it is also in breach of UK trading laws. I suggested to PLT that they should amend their e-commerce stock levels to be reflective of their actual stock; after all, isn’t honesty a basic trait to build consumer trust of a brand?
I have requested a full refund, for which I have to wait up to 5 days for it to land in my account. This is an inconvenience with a further delay for a much-needed item for my son.

As we did try to explain on the phone even though you were being rude and aggressive and via your Facebook comment every product on our website does have a delivery lead time which you clearly missed. You will see from other websites within the same industry that lead times are very standard practice and many companies don’t actually give you a lead time at all. We would suggest next time you make an online purchase you actually read the page!
Friendly knowledgeable staff
We bought our first baby's travel system here and were so impressed with the range of products and knowledgeable friendly staff that it was a no brainer to go back when we needed a 2nd car seat. Again, great service and have recommended to our friends.

My Babiie Samantha Faiers Safari Lightweight Stroller
It's a lovely pushchair and very well cushioned, very light weight but not hugely sturdy as it looks on the picture, however will be perfect for holidays and little trips to the shop as the basket isn't very big.
