Mother care chinos!
What a find, looking for chinos for grandson to wear with a jacket I'd knitted him. These Mother care ones took my attention. Cheaper than the postage!! It was rude to ignore such a bargain and was not disappointed to receive them next day. I thought Mother care was long gone, but they were brand new with all the tickets and amazing quality.

Great customer service
Unfortunate experience with a supplier. Long delays and incorrectly manufactured parts. Precious little things however, were a great help in having the issue resolved. They went above and beyond to help me out and I can not thank them enough.

Great service
Great service, ordered a new travel system knew there was going to be a lead time; got a phone call to explain that part of the order was out of stock with the supplier and that it would be shipped out when ready (this worked for our timelines) all in all very happy with the experience.

Lied about next day delivery!
It very clearly states on their website orders over £50 qualify for free next day delivery however, this is not the case on many of their items as hidden at the bottom of the page of the item you want to buy it says that nearly all of their products have a longer wait time. I messaged the company about this and stated they aren’t allowed to do that, they said they’d tell IT to change it however I’ve checked and it’s still the same… a bit of a con if you ask me. Won’t be ordering again, which is a shame.
I’m giving two stars as the pram is nice.

Hi Eilen, There is indeed a banner at the top of our website stating next day delivery, it also states T&C's apply. On every single product there is a delivery tab advising of delivery. For complete transparency there is a delivery lead time indicator under the add to chart button, apologises if you missed this. As you can apricate items do go out of stock and this is why we have the delivery lead time indicator on our website, many don't. The lead time on the item you purchased was 3-5 days and you received your item on day 3. Looking back at your message you thanked us for coming back to you and hoped your item would arrive for the weekend, which it did.

Curb side delivery- big no for pregnant women and nursery furniture
Products okay, however why would the company only pay for curb side delivery. Surely it’s extremely likely that a person ordering nursery furniture will be pregnant, there was no warning that the delivery would arrive on the day to arrange for help to move the delivery. Therefore I was left with 200kg of furniture to move while 7months pregnant. An absolute disgrace.

Hi Emma, Further to our conversation on the phone as I was horrified when I read your review as this is not the norm. For clarification you should be notified the day before your furniture is delivered and a telephone call when the drivers is 30 minuets away to give you time to prepare. The service is door step delivery and not the suggested curb side with the driver often taking the items inside the property for you. We have feed your comments back to the delivery company via the manufacturer as the furniture was dispatched directly from them.

The furniture arrived 8 weeks after the expected date. I wasn’t notified on the delivery arrival or slot time. When the delivery arrived it was left on the road on a pallet outside the house with no help offered.

Hi Kayleigh. I'm sorry you felt you needed to leave a 1 star review. Unfortunately the furniture you ordered was given a 10 week delay by the manufacturer which we informed you of and you were ok to wait the extended delivery lead time. We did email you on 18th April notifying you of the furniture dispatch and a tracking number. As with most furniture purchases it was dispatched straight from the manufacturer and we can only apologise as the delivery company are supposed to call you prior to your delivery.
