Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. The high chair I ordered was faulty but they went out of their way to rectify the issue, sending us a replacement and sending a courier to collect the original item. Communication was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Amazing customer service, amazing prices!
I recently purchased a Cybex car seat at a discount due to the colour variant being discontinued. After ordering, the store contacted me to say that they'd made a mistake with their stock and sadly the one I'd ordered was no longer stocked. However, another colour variant at full price was avaliable. They price-matched with the discounted one I'd originally ordered as they felt it was their mistake. It was very kind of them and they were everso polite and forthright on the phone also. A great service, I will certainly use again and recommend to my circle of mum-friends in he future.

Amazing service
Ordered online, received wrong product originally but customer service were amazing! Sorted my issue straight away, couldn't apologise enough and within 3 days my correct order was delivered and wrong one taken away with phone calls to update me in between. Couldn't of had my issue sorted by nicer people! So even though I had an issue it was dealt with so quickly and professionally that I'd 100% order again.

Excellent communication and genuine customer care. The ongoing strikes caused a quite a headache for Precious Little Things, but they did their utmost to liaise with me and made sure I would get the order in time for Xmas (grandma to be Xmas present for my daughter and son-in-law). Company good, product bad
Happy with the company but upset with the item. Wanted a carseat that could be used rear facing, says you can etc but I mistakenly thought it swivelled, it doesn't. It only uses isofix when facing forward so the car seat strap is in reach of my toddler. I don't want to face her forward yet for safety reasons so it's ended up being a very expensive mistake of a purchase, obviously for safety you can't return, so it's just waiting 2 years until she can safely forward face
