Fantastic customer service and quick…
Fantastic customer service and quick response to my emails, I asked to change the colour of the car seat ordered and within 3 hours it was changed. The car seat ordered came within the time frame and I ordered the same one of a different site and waited 6 weeks for it still not to come so I was ecstatic when it arrived from precious little things. Thank you so much.....I 100% recommend

I had an issue with my original pram…
I had an issue with my original pram due to stick shortage this was very stressful for me as my little boy is due any day but as soon as I expressed my concerns I had a speedy and extremely helpful response from customer services who not only made sure my new order was delivered the next day but actually called me as well to confirm it was okay to be sent out to me today I couldn’t have asked for better help thank you so much

My order was delayed and the company…
My order was delayed and the company didn’t contact me to inform me there would be a delay. When I contacted them I was given a date and when that date came and went still no contact. Finally got my order but bad communication. Very frustrating

Hello Julie, as you were aware we shipped your order immediately for next day delivery, but unfortunately DPD were at fault for not delivering to you and returned your item to us twice before you eventually received it. As discussed on the phone we can only apologise for the delay in you receiving your order, however it was completely out of our control.

Nuna Diaper Bag
I ordered the Nuna diaper bag for my daughter. It arrived the next day and was delivered as instructed. Excellent communication from Precious little Things.
She said it looks very posh !! Very practical with lots of interior pockets and changing mat. Would not hesitate from ordering from Precious little Things again.
Also my daughter has ordered the Nuna pram bundle with carry cot/ car seat etc. Excellent sturdy products. Well made and looks great.
Just waiting now for the baby to arrive !!
