Precious Little Things were great, really good price and customer service was excellent, they were really quick to respond on the live chat. Also it's great to support a local business (based in Worthing, Sussex).

Note:

When ordering Mamas and Papas items, Mamas and Papas use a courier service called Panther that don't deliver on weekends or do evening delivery's (which is insane!). They also delivered to the wrong address even when PLT confirmed with them which the right one as.

I haven't deducted a star from PPT as it is out of their control and not their fault

The car seat is very well padded and I paid a little extra for the upgrade in the material which was well worth the money. The seat was easy to fit in the car and instructions were easy to follow. The written instructions are found inside the seat, in the back. The car seat was easy to purchase online and Precious Little Things kept me updated at every step of the way as the seat came direct from Germany. You cannot put a price on safety and I’m very glad I purchased this car seat, i rigorously researched different seats and this scored very high on safety tests and comfort and my child appears to be very comfy in it, he has fallen to sleep single every time I’ve put him in the car, with his head in a very comfy position. I would definitely buy from this company again, the seat arrived on time and like I said earlier, the communication of the company was extremely good.

Bought a mamas and papas 3 piece furniture set for over 1k from this site. Opened one box and a piece was damaged, this was eventually replaced. Opened a second box and another piece was damaged, again this took some weeks to replace. From ordering this furniture set it took a number of weeks to receive the full set undamaged which delayed moving our baby into her own nursery. We were also left with boxes of flat packed furniture in our home for weeks. In addition we had extra boxes and broken furniture pieces that we then had to take to the skip. We paid someone to pay make the furniture for us, they ended up coming 3 times as when they opened boxes, pieces were damaged. No compensation was offered for any of this inconvenience; the company blamed mamas and papas for delay in communication, deliveries and stated that mamas and papas were not offering any compensation. But I gave my 1k to you, so it’s your problem!!!!! Would not recommend purchasing from this company as they were not willing to take any responsibility.
