Fantastic and friendly service
We went into this shop looking for a new stroller. After listening to our requirements we were shown a variety of options and they took the time to demonstrate and explain different features but without the sales pressure! We ended up ordering a lovely new stroller which was delivered to our home quicker than expected. There was a minor issue with the stroller itself but upon contacting and subsequently taking it back to the shop the next day the problem was quickly solved with no quibble. So pleased to have this baby shop local to us and will definitely use again and will recommend to others looking for baby items!

Beautiful cot and changing unit
Cot and baby changing unit exactly as described, great quality and looks great in our baby’s nursery ready for their arrival. Communication was excellent and delivery was arranged at a time that was convenient for us. Price was also cheaper than buying directly from Mamas and Papas. Would highly recommend!

The ideal pram shopping experience!
My partner and I had had a really unpleasant experience in John Lewis and wanted to find a pram shop where you could receive advice, a bespoke shopping experience and actually touch the prams and try them out (which turns out very few places do!)
Then we stumbled upon Precious Little Things on a Worthing wander and it was exactly what we wanted! The lovely staff member who helped us answered every question we had including what our lifestyle needs were, was an absolute star! She really helped us work out what we needed and we found the perfect travel system for our needs.
Her colleague (possibly the owner) also helped my partner with a question about seats in cars and went above and beyond and researched our exact car and what we might need for the car seat fixtures.
We really are thrilled with both our purchase and also the impeccable service we received. I’ve already recommended this shop to several friends as it really was a lovely experience! Thank you so much!

I had a first class experience at Precious little things. Just bought the egg 2 stroller and the staff was very helpful from start to finish. They called me when the stroller arrived at their store, let me use the service entrance and helped me to load it into my car.

Amazing experience! Ordered a stroller yesterday and I was able to apply a 10% off code and receive free next day delivery. I was updated at every step via email and received the stroller today within the allocated 1 hour time slot. Fantastic experience and would definitely use Precious Little Things again! Ordered a double pram
Ordered a double pram, description said 1-2 working days postage. Next day I revieved a phone call saying there was a mistake and it was pre order untill a certain date (3 month later) this date passes and still no pram, I ring up and around 2-3 days later I recieve another phone call saying they've managed to get me one shipped out! I eventually recieve pram, open it out the box then pack it exactly how it came as I knew straight away It needed sent back as I changed my mind on the design. I get in contact about sending the item back and get told I will have to pay my own shipping back to them and I will not recieve a full refund! Even though the item is exactly how I recieved it, un used and re packed. Not very good customer service either when I asked about sending it back!! Do not reccomend

Hi Chloe, The Venus Prime stroller you purchased on 18.3.22 was on Pre Order at the time of your order, which was displayed on our website. We called you on the 21.3.22 to confirm you were happy to wait as there was no stock in the country. You confirmed you were. The Venus was then delivered to you on the 21st April. On the 30th April we received a live chat message asking if you could return the item. We replied "Yes of course" but we did point out that it would need to be in its original packaging and not used. With regards to paying the shipping for returns we only cover these costs if there is a manufacturing defect. You will find this is in line with other businesses in this industry. We are at a complete loss and confused as to why you thought you could not send the item back as we had a very comprehensive live chat messaging with yourself and twice we did say you are welcome to return it. It still stands that you are more than welcome to send the stroller back and I am more than happy to speak to you further Chloe over the phone or by email to try and resolve this for you.
