great company! i made a mistake on my order without realising and the company called me to let me know i had ordered the wrong mattress to go with the cotbed and sorted the additional payment over the phone.

I went to the shop and looked at what they had. I spoke to the assistant and she assisted me to find what I was looking for. I went online and ordered the cot. It arrived within a week of having it ordered. Delivery driver was charming.
The cot is beautiful and sturdy. It needs two people to build it, but it’s gorgeous.

The team at Precious Little Things are brilliant. Very knowledgeable and very patient! We’ve spent a long time in their shopping figuring out which pushchair and cot to buy. Lisa in particular couldn’t have done more for us.

Excellent service! Very helpful and friendly lady serving on shop floor, we went into the shop twice to view buggies and both times she was outstanding with her customer service. She got all the buggies out for us and demonstrated on each one, she knew her stuff! Buggy arrived earlier than expected and delivery included which was also very speedy. Would highly recommend precious little things!

Ordered the bedside crib on line, very easy to do. I got 10% off as it was my first order. It was delivered the next day, I was given an hour slot for time to be delivered, it was within the time. Very good service

unfortunately there were issues with the delivery but a lady from the shop called me immediately to apologise. great customer service.

Purchased this for our young granddaughter when she sleeps over at her Nanna & Pop Pop's.
Easy to fit and the door is easy to open by an adult. Looks nice and I don't think it will mark the paintwork once removed. If it does, it will be easily remedied, better this than any preventable accidents.
