First don't think premex is a bad company
First of all I Don't think premex is a bad company.
But I do feel it's let's down by it's so called specialist that didn't listen to a word I told him.
Mr Sunit Patil to be exact.
Who had me sign a letter he wrote up on his laptop and proceeded to tell me everything we had discussed would be mentioned in his report which turned out he didn't.
Some specialist not in my opinion. I might as well of been examined by Stevie wonder.
At least he might of mentioned the facts.
Anyway you have been warned Your choice.

Our instructed medical experts are usually given medical records and other supporting documentation upon the instructing solicitors request at the beginning of a claim, therefore the medical appointment is usually quite short. However, dependent on the complexity of the claim, this can be longer.
