where do we start

where do we start, they push finance onto you to be paid up front, the workmanship is terrible, joints not mitred, sockets cant be used due to catching the plug on the worktop, wrong doors, glass in doors falling apart, draws cant open as they hit the hinges, poor cuts on the edging, screw joints on show the list goes on! all this for 10k, and the customer services is even worse. not only were we spoken to awfully by the director, it takes week for a reply. 2 months wait for any remedial work to be done. wrong door are our problem even though the surveyor never showed us a door! Steer clear of this company unless you want to catch a cold!

Disappointed

Disappointed that my furniture was fitted by cutting into my new skirting boards and that the fitter thought it was ok to put a massive join in the plinth on my drawer unit ! no quality checks made so customers are left to make several phone calls before issues are fixed and even then they don’t turn up when they are meant too !

A massive surprise

A massive surprise! We set out to get a few quotes only and establish a budget based on a market we had no experience of. The service was just right. Helpful and quick. We were not bothered by endless irritating drops in price, which always make me suspicious. Sales, survey and after sales all professional and helpful. The kitchen is fantastic quality with nice little touches included, too many to list. My husband is a carpenter and we are fitting ourselves so I cannot pass an opinion on the fitting. Finance options sealed an already done deal. Very happy indeed.

Very expensive failure

The whole experience was disappointing as far as workmanship and planning was concerned. The ‘tiling’ was the only part of the work which was good. The planning and general workmanship was appalling. I had planned to move on from the kitchen to a new bathroom but under no circumstances will I use Premier again.

Kitchen

Steve the Fitter did an Excellent Job, always on time,very passionate about his Job.Thankyou Steve very please with the kitchen.
Although Premier are not so good with their Timekeeping always want to change the Date Arranged for Fitting once they have been paid in full they do not keep to their side of the agreed Contract.

Kitchen doors continue to Delaminate

Kitchen Cabinet doors have consistently delaminated throughout the short life of our Kitchen and now we are out of warranty we have no option but to pay for some replacement doors to see if we can save our Kitchen supplied and fitted by Premier Kitchens. Premier Kitchens have said they will “try to help by providing replacement products at a cost price (not for profit) and will carry out the repair work at their expense. Let’s hope they do the right thing and do keep the cost down while not hiding the additional costs into the replacement panels. Emailing them in the hope they will support us.

We unfortunately, along with many other kitchen companies, experienced issues with one of our door suppliers due to an industry wide manufacturing fault. We share your disappointment with the situation as this was not something that we ever expected to happen.

Where products are now out of warranty, and with the previous supplier no longer being in business, we have tried to find the best solution and compromise in the form of quoting for replacement products at cost price and fitting these free of charge as a gesture of goodwill from our company. We are certainly not looking to make a profit from this unfortunate incident that has affected both our customers and ourselves.

The wardrobes are of a high standard the carpenter and the draughtsman were fantastic courteous and very helpful, we were kept informed throughout the whole process.

A very pleasing improvement to our bedroom

We have been very pleased with the fitted wardrobes and bed-side drawer unit installed in our bedroom. All staff who were involved in the work, whether in the initial measuring up the installation were very pleasant, arrived on time, and were careful to keep their mess to a minimum and left things very neat and tidy.

Booked full kitchen refit and fitted…

Update following company reply.

Thankyou for your response to my review.
My first point is "snags" are when a job is finished and we are far from that. Yes, your fitter did return yesterday to begin to sort issues out. However, to state he is going to need to return to finish these is an understatement. Not only do we need him to return to sort out the remaining issues in the kitchen of levelling units, re- adjusting doors fitting a window sill and general filling = "snags". We also need an electrician to finish fitting the correct sockets as per the plan and fill the hole we still have in the wall, the extractor fan needs connecting correctly, and the under counter lighting still doesn't work. In addition we need a plasterer to attend to re plaster and tidy the mess made of the walls and clean down the coving and doors. We also need someone to attend to fit all the new skirting boards..all of this cannot be done by 1 person in 1 day as intimated by you below.!
This is just the kitchen.

For the bedroom wardrobes: Someone still needs to attend to correctly fit these. The doors dont align, a rail needs fixing in place correctly as it currently falls straight out, the gaps left at the top that shouldn't be there need sorting and the coving needs refitting. The door frame that you damaged during installation also needs replacing.

In addition carpet needs relaying, skirting board needs refitting and a wall that is already cracking needs replastering.

All of the items listed above have been noted and recorded by your quality inspector who has now visited site so you a fully aware that this work needs undertaking and is much more than "snagging".

A full schedule of work with expected dates was promised when your inspector visited but as yet still not received, with no indication provided at all as to when this work will be completed.

After 5 weeks this is not acceptable, and has nothing to do with scheduling trades its about customer care and people doing their job and having pride in their work in the first place!

Booked full kitchen refit and fitted wardrobes through Premier based on the service and standard of workmanship promised by the sales team. After 4 weeks of full access to the property neither is finished..still doors missing in kitchen..no skirting boards, holes in walls..rails falling out of wardrobe.. wardrobe not fitted correctly with gaps at top. , the list goes on. We have no schedule of work or expected time scale for finish. Communication from customer care is literally non existent, never return calls and no dedicated person dealing with issues. I am posting this as should have had workmen on site today to begin sorting outstanding issues and no one has turned up..no explanation and no returned email or call from company when I have asked for details. It's now getting beyond a joke..AVOID!

I ordered a shaker kitchen from Premier…

I ordered a shaker kitchen from Premier and it has been completed to a very high standard and must say the Kitchen looks fantastic. Service and communication from the premier team has been really good they have worked around my deliveries on certain appliances that my wife wanted and not complained when delivery dates from others (not Premier) have been missed. The kitchen fitter Rai i would recommend to anyone he was professional and polite his work standards are second to none, he kept the work area clean and tidy through the whole kitchen install, and the standard and work ethic from Rai is brilliant nice to see a tradesman taking pride in his work and to those around him, I would like to say a massive thank you to Rai as i dont get to see him due to being at work. i will add some photos when I have time. Also the lady on reception i think her name is Anette has been brilliant most helpful and polite thank you again to the Premier team

Customer care could have done better.

After 7 weeks our kitchen and utility is finally finished, the time we had been told was a maximum of 3 weeks.
We found the staff in the showroom really helpful more so than the other kitchen suppliers we visited. The salesman Phil was brilliant helping us with the design of our kitchen and utility.
The job started a day earlier than we had been informed but Kenny and Duncan have been without a doubt outstanding the workmanship has been first class and very tidy, all the other fitters namely the electricians, gas/plumber and floor fitter were polite and clean and tidy clearing up after a days work, The plasterers work was a bit to be desired however, I managed to sort this out myself.
after week 2 we ran into an issue with the chalk blue units not being fit for purpose and this is where we expected customer care to keep us updated as to what was happening but we had to keep phoning or sending emails to be updated but this was very poor with regard to getting a response, a call from Iain Forsythe M.D. was appreciated who put us in the picture as to what was happening and arrange for some temporary fixtures to be put in while we wait for a new consignment of chalk blue units to arrive. We still did not receive an email or phone call reference delivery or collection of the new consignment or collection of the unfit for purpose from the customer care department despite phone calls with messages left, that state they will call you back within 2 hours and an email so I sent an email to Iain Forsythe asking for some help as he was most helpful last time and we received a call from customer care giving us an update.
Our new kitchen and utility is now complete and it does look great but 7 weeks is a long time.
We would have given a 5 star rating but we do feel we had been let down by customer care, hence a 4 star.

An excellent Customer Experience right…

An excellent Customer Experience right from meeting Rob, taking my thoughts, designs into account to designing and then to seeing it installed by Darren. Darren was a very experienced fitter and installer that was able to be flexible, he was professional, extremely dedicated and was an expert in his job. Would highly recommend and am totally satisfied as they have made the dream bedroom for my Son and will accommodate him as a boy to when he is a man. Thank you.

RUBBISH!! AVOID!!

I have had my Premier Kitchen for about 6 years now. So this review is based on long term experience. Not on a few weeks of shiny new kitchen.

Buying a kitchen from Premier Kitchens is the biggest mistake that I have ever made.
The quality is poor and the service worse. The wrong parts were delivered, and the company were not interested in putting things right. I was pulling my hair out trying to get things put right and Premier Kitchens simply did not care.

After a short while cupboard doors started falling off. Luckily missing my child but it did leave lasting damage where it smashed into the oven. After many phone calls the doors were repaired but since then more have come loose.

The skins the cover the cupboard doors are cheap and flimsy. Two have cracked, leaving big splits across the doors.

This kitchen really is cheap and nasty.

I IMPLORE YOU NOT TO BUY A KITCHEN FROM THESE COWBOYS.

CHEAP NASTY RUBBISH.

Please learn from my experience and go somewhere else.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

One star is far too much!!

We purchased a high gloss bedroom in November 2014 and it is STILL incomplete.
- It has delaminated three times
- They sent an ‘Electrician’ which left the house in a hazardous condition, then they hid - their work by putting a board over the top.
- They let you down with delivery or fitting dates
- Made us pay extra to change product to acrylic
- Customer care department are a joke
- They are not an honest company
- You will take time off and they won’t turn up
- You will take time off and they will turn up with damaged product
- Management and owner are not interest at all
- We had three different shades of white
- Their suppliers had to visit our house to confirm as they did not believe us
- They take no responsibility at all, if they have your money they don’t care.

SERIOUSLY…… Stay away

Please read review carefully nothing about electrics or time off

We ordered a fairly expensive kitchen…

We ordered a fairly expensive kitchen from Premier. The initial sale and designing was very good. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to design a lovely kitchen with the help of Steve. The kitchen arrived in time and the installation process was very good. The installer was skilled and confident and did his job really well. However some parts had not arrived and needed to be chased up. Eventually most of the things arrived after multiple chasing attempts. However we had been promised led lights under the cabinets but these never Arrived despite chasing several times. Eventually 6 months later I gave up chasing. I must say I was disappointed with the after sales service as this was not as great and customer friendly as the sales. It is also quite unfair to take the entire payment upfront because then you have no leverage over outstanding tasks and they seem to lose interest in you very quickly.

However the quality of the kitchen is really good. So far I have no complaints over this.

Reminder

Hi.... sending a reminder not to use Premier Kitchen & Bathroom if you value your money.
They don’t care about the customer after the sale, refusing to replace their faulty goods until we paid extra for a different product ,we are still arguing for compensation and getting nowhere.
Years of stress, loss of hours due extra holiday taken and abuse and aggravation from the office.
Five years on it finally gets completed, amazingly still no compensation.

STAY AWAY..... I will keep sharing this (photos will follow) hopefully they will lose what they owe me in sales.

What a lovely showroom and experience.

What a lovely showroom and experience.
Myself and my partner visited the showroom in hope to find something special for our new home. We was greeted warmly and welcomed with tea/coffee and biscuits. We was pleasantly surprised with the numerous styles Premier had in the showroom from Modern to traditional, with a lot to look at you are spoilt for choice. We also had a nosey around the bathroom and bedroom section as this would be something we are potentially interested in later down the line. I have to say I was highly impressed with the quality and range. A Special mention for Annette who made sure we left with ample brochures for every eventuality. I am happy to say we have had just our design visit for the kitchen very promptly. Exciting times ahead!!!

Amazing kitchen !!!!!

Just had my kitchen completed by Premier, absolutely fantastic job carried out, fitters always on time and there when they said they would be, always polite and very professional. Customer services were always happy to help too, all in all great customer services , great job and great company ! I would use the company again without hesitation and will definitely recommend to family and friends. I can’t thank you enough for making my kitchen look amazing , thanks again !

Went to the premier showroom in Hampton…

Went to the premier showroom in Hampton Peterborough and have to say how helpful and kind the staff were in the showroom, not only that the showroom was excellent had lots to look at and the staff showed us different things we could do with our home to make it that extra special would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade there home.
