Horrific customer service
DO NOT use this company. Once they have your money they are not concerned about your purchase or you as a customer. Customer services never answer the phones of emails, if they do they give a standard apology and state somone will call you back, they never do. Our two week project is now entering its 5th week, we have had no kitchen or downstairs flooring for a month as we were told the rooms had to be empty for the floors to be laid in week 2. Every contractor that has arrived to complete work has stated Premier lie to their customers stating trademan are ill and cannot attend, it actuallu turns out that tradesman has either not been asked to attend or is at another booking. Trading standards and small claims court proceedings have begun. Do not even entertain these cowboys.

Despite a polite reply to my previous mail reassuring me my outstanding issues are being dealt with, however due to the projects and volume of work on, there may be a delay in resolving we still have not had returned phone calls as promised when my wife has contacted Premier Kitchens on repeated occasions. Now the wine cooler is faulty and has been reported....guess what, no return call from customer services despite assurances. I’m hopeful Watchdog are struggling for items to include and toke the opportunity to air my experiences. As I said previously regret ever dealing with this company.

Great Service
Although it was sometimes difficult to contact Premier by telephone, the overall experience of having a new kitchen fitted was excellent. The staff at the showroom and all the tradesmen who attended were without fault. This included, Grant who did the original design through to the final fitter. The kitchen looks fantastic.

Despite the salesman saying it would take two weeks for my dream kitchen to be completed I’m still waiting after a month for my kitchen to be finished. I have a partially fitted floor and can’t use my washing machine despite sending emails through I’m not getting any response and feel like I’m being ignored. I was hardly ever told ETA’s and schedule was changed a lot as well without letting me know which is difficult to juggle with work commitments. The communication through out has not been great and to be promised a timescale at the time of the sale which helped me make my decision to go ahead with Premier and now have taken double that time with no contact as to when the other half of the floor will be finished, various other issues will be rectified and my old kitchen from my garden will be removed is really frustrating and disappointing. Please contact me urgently to sort this out in my opinion lack of contact is where you let yourselves down!

Unacceptable
The standard of workmanship is shoddy at best. The electrics in my new kitchen were not properly earthen which they eventually corrected. The doors on the units have paint chipped off for which customer services sent a touch up pen. These are meant to be brand new units. I am still awaiting a satisfactory response. I would recommend anyone reading this review avoid Premier Kitchens at all costs.

Cowboy contract fitters, contemptuous employees; this firm is toxic from the top down!
I made the mistake of believing that paying £20k for the supply and fit of two bathrooms would guarantee high quality products, expert fitters and exceptional service. 4.5 months after work started I have been left with an ill fitting, damaged bathroom that intermittently smells of sewage and is constantly covered in dust and grim due to a faulty extractor fan installation. This outcome is unsurprising given that the contractor / fitter was unwilling to work more than 4 hours a day and clearly lacked both the skills and desire to deliver the bathroom promised by Premiere.
Long story short; I have lost countless work days waiting for remedial fitters who do not turn up (or were probably never actually booked by Premiere), additional site visits which are cancelled at the last minute (there were required due to head office losing my detailed remedial works list). I have been ignored for weeks on end (the record being 5 weeks) and I have been consistently lied to, for example, Premiere claimed to have not received my formal complaint despite their email system providing an automated response. Even after recognising a complaint existed Premiere have still ignored it.
By far the biggest issue for me is the contempt that Premiere has for its customers; their senior project manager admitted that he had been deliberately difficult with me without explanation and it seems that he can do so with impunity because no-one else within the organisation either cares enough or has the authority to do anything about it.
I have been forced to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and am awaiing the outcome of their investigation.
Don’t make the same mistakes as me; do not use this company to either supply only or supply and fit your bathrooms. It is not possible for a firm to act in such a disgusting way without the knowledge of its directors who must endorse this behaviour; with that level of toxic management you do not have a hope of getting what you have paid for.

Typical of Premier Kitchens. After weeks of no reply to emails about not providing the gas safe certificate despite the kitchen installation having been completed months ago, finally get a call within 30 mins of a poor review on trust pilot. They say they will come on tuesday for the inspection and will provide the gas safe certificate.
But as it has been all the time in the past, get a message left on voice mail that they cannot make it on tuesday and want to rearrange for another day. Now again we have to call and wait for long time for someone to answer and try to rearrange the visit. As if we are just sitting at home with no work commitments, that we can keep ringing and being kept on hold for hours and keep rearranging appointments and taking time off work for their workmen to arrive. Another example of the terrible customer service which we have suffered all through out our kitchen installation. No direct number or email to the manager to try and arrange anything quickly and smoothly even though we have been very patient and given them plenty of time to complete our kitchen.
We are very reluctant to post poor reviews or complain. This is the first time we have posted a poor review about any business. But the amount of hassle we have had with Premier Kitchen has been so frustrating that finally we had to post this to warn others of never using this business ever.

Funny how you take the time to reply on trustpilot website but can’t reply to emails or return calls, we have emailed over 50 emails to MD and Project manager - absolute joke.. still incomplete kitchen, empty promises on spec which was sold to us by their sale staff and estimator.
Materials are poor, sink in utility not even 4months and already shows marks (poor quality) and not the sink we selected, tape in utility insufficient hot water (strange how this worked perfectly prior to install), units in kitchen snag incomplete, some units still waiting for replacement and the cornice, which was sold by sales agent and estimator but actually Premier don’t make or supply curved cornice! (Why lie about your product range), so now we have to sit with void we did not want between ceiling and units.
Then the flooring, done by them “as goodwill” but actually they messed around so much we lost the time slot with our flooring contractor (which was booked 4weeks after actual planned kitchen install), the flooring which installed by Premier is lifting in areas and causing us unforeseen issues, now more money needs to be spent to repair the flooring.
absolute disgraceful how Premier work and deliver service, so reply to your comment, there are not enough changes being made to fix the disappointment caused by your company to us as a family! You turned our dream kitchen into a nightmare!!!
Regret comes late, but I wish we never used Premier only lies! Save yourself the heart ache and don’t use them!

We are so happy with our bedroom
We are so happy with our bedroom. The sales guy was very helpful and gave us options on sizes and finishes. The 3D pictures were helpful in visualising the room. The surveyor was thorough and did a great job, altering a slight issue we had with a radiator. The fitter was great and did a fabulous job. We had a couple of issues with wrong doors, but this was rectified within a couple of weeks. I would however criticize the telephone system you have in place as no one ever picked up the phone when we called which was frustrating and something that lets the company down. The customer services team did get back to us quickly once we emailed and were helpful and professional. Overall a great company who we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Take my advice and avoid this company at all costs!! The customer service is absolutely horrific. We purchased through them as supply only so shouldn't really have experienced any issues....3 months down the line and I've had to send my isses to the regulator because they refuse to deal with them. Throughout the process i have made dozens of calls and emails regarding missing components and faulty parts and wasted hours of my time. There is no denying the kitchen are stunning and great quality but you will spend hours and get very stressed trying to get them to deliver what you have paid for. Another important point to mention is that they will respond to these reviews to say they will sort the issues and then close the review so the complainant cannot respond......truth is they won't sort them at all they just want the readers of these reviews to think they will!
Premier kitchens have reported my post....not sure why. It is now well over a month since i repoted my latest issues to them (a bin that doesn't fit and lights missing from delivery) and although I recieve emails from them every fews days they haven't actually sorted out any off the issues. They simply ignore questions and requests and say they will get back to me shortly. These really should be such simple problems to resolve.
Edit....it is now over 3 months since my complaint and premier have still not issued me a response. For weeks I have been told the complaint is with the MD but I have never been contacted by him at all despite being promised numerous times that he will ring. Trading standards are now involved. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Professional installation, customer service could be better
Premier installed a new kitchen for us over three weeks in May and June. One of the reasons we chose Premier was because they would manage the project and co-ordinate the various contractors for us. The installation team were all excellent - the electrician, plasterer, fitters, tiler and floorer – and their work was to a very high standard. Our fitters, Kenny and Duncan, should get a special mention for the pride they take in their work, their thoughtfulness and their attention to getting things right.
Similarly, (as far as we can tell at this point!), the build quality of the units is superb, and the finished kitchen looks great. Since the installation, we have noticed one minor snag and Premier were quick to come and rectify it for us.
If these were the only elements we were scoring on, it would be a five star review. However, we did have problems with communication and with scheduling the work.
We received conflicting information from the sales staff and the surveyor before work began, which took time to resolve. The surveyor also made several mistakes in the survey that were spotted by the contractors and misled us on a couple of issues. For example, he wasn’t clear enough in the tiling instructions which led to us paying extra for work we thought we had already agreed. He also pressured us to sign the contract without reading it after a three hour appointment because “you can trust me”.
Though the project pretty much ran to schedule, I still had to work from home on six days to be there for the contractors. Sometimes the contractors’ job lists were incorrect, so it was lucky I was at home to sign off on jobs that would otherwise have been incomplete. Additionally, the timetabling of the work was wrong on a couple of occasions; contractors were scheduled to work concurrently on jobs that needed to be done consecutively, and had to return the following day. We also had one cancellation we weren’t told about.
We appreciate that it was a big job, and that snags and issues are to be expected, but some of the problems we encountered should have been avoidable. Premier needs to fine tune some of its administration and sharpen its communication. But we are very happy with the kitchen.

But I DID have to pay for the replacements
Added information:
Premier kitchens asked for this review to be removed as it wasn’t written within 12 months of original purchase, the rules also state “within 12 months of your recent experience”
Therefore as it has taken this long and my kitchen has been subject to replacements over 4 years, the most recent within 12 months this review is valid and falls within the rules of Trustpilot.
Summary: It took 4 years and several visits, installers have been excellent, shame I can’t say the same for the quality.
Detail: We chose Premier because although slightly more expensive than others they were the only local company at the time that were doing a gloss black finish which was our desire.
I designed the kitchen myself with the aid of their consultant, they insisted on a large down payment to secure an installation date (but couldn’t promise they would stick to it, they didn’t).
On first installation attempt, items delivered were either broken, wrong size or needed modifications.
The completion took weeks and left us without kitchen facilities (including sink etc).
To be fair once completed the kitchen looked awesome... I was extremely pleased.
However;
Within 2 years doors and panels started loosing their gloss black laminate, on inspection the technician said “it’s a known batch problem” so replacements were ordered.
A lot of waiting and chasing up for action later at least half of the doors and panels were replaced.
Guess what... within another year the rest of the panels and doors started delaminating.
This time though Premier said “it’s just over 3 years and the supplier is no longer in business, so you will have to pay £374.40 for the replacements”
So much for the 15 year guarantee and family run in house business claims then !!!
It’s finally complete after the final 3 Attempts by the latest installer... yep.. wrong parts delivered first and then “didn’t have the right glue” for the final pieces.
It’s a shame... the kitchen looks excellent the installers have been proficient but the after sales service and hassle to put things right let alone additional cost for “a known batch problem” are unforgivable and quite frankly outrageous for a so called professional company.

We can’t recommend this company and their builders etc enough. They’ve got a brilliant set of professional people on the installation jobs. Value for money is fantastic.
