Appalling customer service
I wish I could write a positive review as I like my kitchen, but trying to get anything resolved after fitting is virtually impossible! Customer service is non existent, they just don’t respond. I reported a leak under my sink weeks ago and it was ignored resulting in a flood a couple of weeks later. My New rug was ruined and despite assurances I will be reimbursed I still have not received the cheque! My Karndean flooring is lifting all over the place and the preparation is awful as the floor is not level. I have been promised it will be replaced but have heard no more. I have yet another leak under my sink so have a bucket catching the water, I emailed to tell them and yet again, no reply. It seems that this is the same old story from everyone, I was hoping to use the same company to refit two bathrooms, it sadly that won’t happen now.

This is my final review of this company finally our kitchen is finished started Nov 2019! Sadly we have not had that wow factor we had been told we would get. I would like to know why other people according to reviews have. I look at the kitchen and it reminds me of the issues we had with the company, shocking customer service and shoddy workmanship. A real shame we wanted to support a local company and spent a lot of our hard earned money. Still, time to move on but premier you have done yourself out of any more of our business. We were looking to have our bedroom and bathroom updated in the next few years obviously from our experience we will go elsewhere! Also we would not recommend you to anyone we know.

Superb customer service post sales...
Superb to see an equal commitment to customer service as well as sales.
Post purchasing our fully furnished kitchen (which we still lover) we have on two occasions had to contact Premier Kitchens due to an issue with the worktops. Even though another third party had to be dealt with Premier Kitchens ensured they progressed things, chased and prioritised accordinally to ensure there was a quick turnaround in resolving these issues.

The only comment that I would like to…
The only comment that I would like to make positively is that the cupboards are good quality.
I have been held captive for two months phoning, and no one responding- or scared to talk to me; and rearranging my life in order to fit in with their work schedule. When complications have arisen then I have had to wait until the company can “fit” me in, with their limited workforce.
I have to start paying for my kitchen next month, four months after the start of the kitchen, and there are still small problems that need ironing out, but, I’ve got to wait. I have rung customer services but, same old, have not got back to me.
I’ve learnt an awful lot about the project managing of my own kitchen. I wish I’d known before, I could have saved a minimum of £4000, if not more; and not paid until the work was completed.

Final review of a terrible experience
This company have failed to provide a premier experience despite our patience and attempts to work with them. The managing director did finally admit that his company has repeatedly failed to provide the service we paid for and that he expects. In the conversation I have managed to have with him he admitted that if the roles were reversed he would be expecting compensation but he has a policy not to provide any. He requested during this same conversation that we demonstrate some good will and remove our previous review as it was having a negative impact on his company and that if this review remained it would potentially have a detrimental effect on the company's ability to provide the warranty as the company may not be around to provide it. This was asked for with absolutely nothing in return for the negative impact that the poor service had had on us.
At one point whilst dealing with this company I sort legal advice and was given a polite 45 minute lecture by the solicitor about why I had been stupid to pay all the money upfront. Apparently no honest contracts for building work should be written that way and it also means you have no leverage with the company should things go wrong.
Things sadly did go wrong and the 2 to 3 week project took 14 weeks, cost us over another £2,000 in additional expenses such as unpaid leave to allow access at short notice, buying extra tiles because the first fitter broke more than usual and needed his work redone anyway, external laundry fees etc.
I could also moan extenslively about the communication issues, the failure of the company to follow their own complaints procedures, the fact that they do don't seem to belong to any external ombudsmen sevice, the stress of not knowing what was going to happen when or the fact that we had an open sewage pipe left in our house for 8 weeks over Christmas amongst several other issues.
However I will instead leave you with the fact that they said they might repay us for costs incurred but only after reviewing a favourable and commercially positive trust pilot review. I will admit we did consider admitting at the end of a horrifc 14 weeks we did get a decent kitchen to claw back some of the added costs. However they have since gone back to type and once again gone stopped replying and have failed to pay any of the agreed expenses incurred including those promised at the site visits.
Our experience has been awful and I would not use this company again or make any recommendations for them.

We have had a wall knocked down so it has been a stressful time but being assured by the customer care team has helped a lot.
Our kitchen looks amazing- there is still some snagging to do but we are very pleased already with the outcome.

Good Product and Service
Seldom have I bought a product that was fully supported by the distributor. I purchased a Premier kitchen tap from a third party. The tap is perfect and does exactly what the description says. Unfortunately, the tap nozzle, spray function started to leak. I contacted Premier by email and they sent a replacement without discussion. I am impressed by companies that stand by their products.

Lovely kitchen, TERRIBLE service
It's a shame I'm having to repost this, but I've given Premier every feasible opportunity to put things right and it still hasn't happened.
I'm going to be generous and give them 2 stars, because the quality of what has been finished is good. However, the communication and customer care from Premier is nothing short of disgraceful and they continue to surprise me with just how bad it is.
In short, our kitchen installation was supposed to begin November 20th and be a 6 day fit. It is now March 1st and there is still work outstanding.
The first problem was on November 20th, which was the start date we had been given on the previous Friday (I had to chase them to ask as no one contacted me on the Thursday like they are supposed to). I was at home on the 20th waiting for the fitter to arrive and when it got to 9.30am and no one had shown up, I phoned to ask where the fitter was. They told me that our fitting had been moved to the following week. They couldn't tell me why it had changed or why I hadn't been told.
It was a very frustrating start, but I had faith that they would want to put this right and would really make an effort to ensure we were happy. Sadly, I was wrong.
The new start date was the following Thursday. Our fitter arrived and was good, but he made it clear to us that he usually does bathrooms and didn't even have the right equipment for kitchens. He had to go out and buy it all specially, which wasn't very reassuring.
During the first 3 days of the 6 day fit he wasn't able to do an awful lot because Premier supplied a wrong sized corner unit and the worktops were 3 days late being delivered. We were also given a different tap than the one we asked for. They've refused to replace this as the one they gave us was listed on the order form (with no photo), despite me showing them the email where I had told the designer exactly which tap we want.
There were then a whole series of delays and we were only given a working hob on December 22nd - and only because I was absolutely insistent that they could not leave us without a hob over Christmas.
During all of this, the customer care team could give me no answers as to what was going on. It seemed like they were only there to pass on messages to management, but then management very rarely responded. When I first asked for someone from management to get in touch with me it took 8 days to receive an email with a half-hearted apology, but no explanation and no date as to when they would come back out.
I then published a review on here in December and suddenly the Contracts Manager was very interested! He arranged a date to come out in early January and put together a list of everything that needed to be finished, but asked that in exchange I removed the review. He also implied that if they wanted, they could take legal action against me for posting the review. I pushed him on that point and of course he played it down and tried to be friendly, but he said it and I can only interpret it as an implied threat, even if it wasn't a direct one. I couldn't believe that he would use that tactic to get me to remove a bad review, rather than trying to make me happy and WANT to change the review.
He came out on January and assured me it would all be wrapped up as soon as possible, but then some of the parts weren't ordered for a number of weeks and then some of the parts delivered were, once again, the wrong parts.
Now in March the we still have lighting that isn't connected and our wine cooler doesn't have a door. Given that they've known the door hinges were faulty for over 3 months I cannot fathom how they haven't gotten a new one. They are insistent on waiting for the hinge part to come back into stock, rather than just replacing the whole thing which they could have done months ago!
The sad thing is that at no point have we been able to step back and look at our new, finished kitchen. By the time the work is finished, the rest of it will be getting on for 4 months old!
My parents had a kitchen from them 7 or 8 years ago and had a great experience. It appears a lot has changed in that time. I regret not reading more reviews before we went with them.

Right from the outset we have been very happy with the company & it's staff. So much so we first had the kitchen replaced & then went back to get the bedroom overhauled/make-over (2018) a couple of years later. I place a lot on back-up service too &, when the odd problems occured, they got them sorted. Well done all.
In addition to the above I am delighted to state/re-inforce our satisfaction & confidence of the high quality standards of Premier, & their staff, with a third installation with them, in successive years, this time a new bathroom has been installed & it looks amazing/showroom condition.
What more can we say.
From our idea of what we wanted through to the consultant & the surveyor who interpreted it & gave so much attention to detail & then the accomplished fitter who made it work; not to forget the all important staff ensuring it all comes together & of course the management agreeing to the negotiated deal.

Two bedroom project.
Sensible, stylish and practical suggestions during initial assessments, followed by clear concise arrangements once the order had been placed. Once ready for the delivery and installation we were contacted at each stage. Units were delivered on time followed by a helpful and competent fit to both bedrooms. Nothing was too much trouble when one or two inevitable fitting requirements needed to be accommodated. (A miss measurement by the surveyor meant a cupboard had to be assembled slightly narrower than planned. This meant the original door was too wide. A new door was ordered, made, and despatched quickly, and all was well.) All in all a trouble free experience. Well done.

Very happy with finished product
Very happy with finished product, could do a bit better in the communication dept, deliveries turning up on wrong days etc. Apart from that, very happy. Neil, our fitter was extremely professional, the final kitchen looks amazing. There was a time delay due to a bespoke colour choice, which I had been assured would not be a problem at the start of the project, but the colour is an exact match to the colour I had requested.

Outstanding professional service.
This is my final review on the installation of my wardrobe units. It was fitted a few weeks ago to a very high standard. The fitter Ray was on time, diligent and professional he work fast but never rushed. To be honest it was a pleasure to meet him.
As I have said in past reviews if there is a problem at any stage the communication from the customer care unit is in my opinion outstanding. There was an issue with the dresser top it arrived badly scratched. This is particular top was not made by PKB. It was ordered in from a supplier. Ray the fitter recorded the fault, I was contacted several times by the customer care team to keep me up to date. Which in my opinion was outstanding. They engaged well giving me updates. I never once was required to chase PKB anyway.
Today the replacement top was fitted 2 weeks later which in my opinion is exceptional service. Again it was Ray who came back to fit the top. Now the job is complete. It looks amazing. Thank you to all the PKB team from sales, surveyers, customer care and factory to stores. A very well managed professional company. I have seen reviews that's say not to use PKB. I understand things don't always go to plan. In this review I hope to demonstrate that my issue was resolved without me having to chase once. Like I have said in the past I have had many jobs carried out by PKB all have been extremely impressive and exemplary. My next project with PKB is a bathroom.

We went to see 3 different kitchen companies and premier give us the best design and service the lady that we saw in the showroom was really helpful and talked to us about all of the options, when we finally decided we should use premier we checked on the reviews and weren’t impressed as they had 1 star reviews about the customer service we decided to talk to the salesperson about this and she talked over the reviews and explained changes that had been made and I’m glad we did this as our finished kitchen is beautiful.
