Great company to work with, very accommodating

Sorting out my mortgage and other important documents was made easy with the help of George and Alexandra. As a first time buyer I had little knowledge of the process but George was very good and made sure my partner and I were understood things clearly, in person. Alexandra was very efficient with her email responses and always found time to answer any questions I might have had about my mortgage, keeping me up to date whenever she had new information.

The company has looked after us well over the last few years, and continues to provide excellent advice.

We had the pleasure of having Leah sort our mortgage out and she was very fast and very professional!! Not sure what we would have done without her! Always very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had! Highly recommend!

We have used PFG on multiple occasions to assist with our mortgage, remortgage and life insurance. Most recently, Michelle assisted us in re-mortgaging which involved a lot of back and forth with the lender updating the valuation of our property, but as always, the process was very simple and smooth from our side with the help of PFG.

Michelle at PFG made our first time buyer experience so easy, we cannot recommend them enough! Everyone we interacted with at PFG were incredibly helpful, polite and made us feel like we were thoroughly in good hands throughout the entire process. They never hesitated to respond to our (many many) questions about the process, to help us understand the process and make the right informed choices for us regarding our mortgage product and insurances.

Charge a lot of money for not doing much.
No updates were given throughout the process and all the correspondence and liaising was sorted between us and the solicitors direct.
We have paid £329 just for them to get us a mortgage rate which we could have done online ourselves.
Will not be using again and would advise to just deal with the banks direct and cut out the middle man lot cheaper option.
