I noticed an email on the 17th June…
I noticed an email on the 17th June from Premier Sports telling me my account was to renew today (it was in my junk mail). I tried to cancel this online but it’s saying the cancelation has been actioned for next year. I have called the customer service number twice. The first person said if I wanted to cancel, I should have done this yesterday!! They then hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to someone (who I think was the same person) I asked to speak to a manager and was told no, you need to email us. I asked them to process the refund as I was not aware that I had Premier Sports or that it was an automatic renewal despite the fact i had already cancelled my Viaplay account.
They then said no manager available and hung up on me again!! This is quite shocking. I have contacted you on the day it was meant to renew and as I said I was not even aware I had this.
what a horrible company the most insincere customer service advisors who hang up on the customer?? I have never been so angry as I am now.
Day light bandits
No email to let me know your subscription is coming to the end. No email to let me know that they have taken £79 out my account. Disgusting! I’m unemployed and not willing to give me a refund the day they robbed me.
Absolute joke of a streaming service
Absolute joke of a streaming service. Requires a 30 day cancellation notice BEFORE your renewal date that’s means when you join you essentially are forced into commitment for 2 months unless you cancel the same day you join. Stupid requirement if I’m honest and I personally don’t think it’s advertised that this is the case very well when you sign up. Don’t know another service like it and I definitely will not be going back at all. Customer service were also useless, so I wouldn’t bother getting in touch with them either, just avoid the service at al cost!
Worse streaming app ever ??
I thought i had seen the worse possible streaming app with discovery plus, but no , premier sport is much worse than that. You select a stream and then you get something else sent to chromecast (when you get something that is). Going to cancel and not going to get near this scam again…
Premier sports - Do NOT trust!
This company is a criminal operation. They switched from via play to premier sports. I made a 1 off payment last year at a reduced price for 12 months. As far as I understood that was that. No further obligation.
Somehow this one off payment has been deemed an invitation to re subscribe me to another year without any agreement or warning that this would happen.
Rang them and the girl hung up on me, rang back and got the same girl. She was rude and there was a manager shouting things in the background. It sounded like anarchy in their office. They wouldn’t give me a refund and when I wanted to raise a complaint she just said to email it. What kind of shambles is this? DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Absolutely disgusting service. I cancelled my Viaplay account before the migration to premier sports but money has once again come out of my account. Call centre is absolutely useless, apparently I haven't cancelled (I have screenshots confirming I have) and staff cut me off because they "can't understand as they aren't English" that is a direct quote from Muni who I spoke to. I have been denied a complaint and denied to speak to a manager. At this point premier sports is committing theft, I would strongly advise against using them as they have absolutely no clue how customer service works and refuse to take any responsibility for what is clearly a technical error

Cancelled after a month (had a month to watch ice hockey WC). Cancelled before second month payment, still took 2nd month payment and will cancel at the end of second month.
Do not know if thats the policy but cancelling before payment goes out, to still take payment sucks. Avoid.
Had to move over from Via play for URC
Had to move over from Via play for URC. First experience, game I wanted to stream was playing on my phone but a different one played on the tv when I cast it! Second issue, 15 mins from the end of Glasgow Stormers game it just stopped and I couldn’t get anything to play on premier sports after multiple log off and ons.
Third experience, thought we’d watch the game we couldn’t watch yesterday on demand .., sound quality and picture has tiny blips every couple of seconds… unwatchable!
This service is awful
Premier Sports Ghost channel
Premier Sports should be rebranded as a ghost sports channel as it is not possible to subscribe. I have ended up in a massive loop. It is a shame as there is no way to watch the URC quarterfinals in the UK. My advice to URC would be to find another channel for UK viewers. Unfortunately cannot leave a zero star review so 1 it has to be.
Premier Sports is dreadful
Premier Sports is such a dreadful platform. Everything worked perfectly when we were on ViaPlay. Now back on PS it sometimes won’t stream, on Firestick nor on iPhone. When it does work I can’t get it to stop! The sound carries on when I try to exit the App on Firestick. Sort it!

Buffering picture unable to watch on laptop with some sports, it say's cancel anytime, load of rubbish they say they need 30 days and you get charged another month, very poor sports channel, avoid.
Was moved from Viaplay to Premier Sports
Paid £55 for the season on Viaplay and enjoyed the best picture ever on a stream 4K quality. So logged into Premier sports and Viaplay at the same time and the difference in picture on premier was shocking SD, would I pay for the season again, dunno maybe be tempted at £50 but no more as it's not worth it.

Premier Sports problems
Like other people, I was transferred over from Viaplay. Since the transfer, I cannot get Chromecast to work & cannot load the app on my IPad. I notified them of the problems over 2 weeks ago. I supplied them with the information they requested, but have not heard anything from them in over a week. This is despite me sending 2 e mails asking about progress. Today, I called the Customer Service telephone number and have cancelled my subscription. I have asked for a refund for charges made when no service was provided & the telephone line cut off. A disgraceful company who should be avoided.

Absolutely shocking. How can they be allowed to charge people for this absolute bag of sh*te. It keeps switching to a different sport and constantly glitching. We hear everything twice and then miss live goals....Aren't they ashamed?
Considerably worse than viaplay
Considerably worse than viaplay. Live stream often breaks and goes back a few seconds and then catches up. Also randomly goes to a different channel ( eg watching rugby and changes to ice hockey for a while and then reverts to rugby)
Appalling company
Appalling company . Via play transferred to premier sports and sent an email to make customers aware, but they failed to include any renewal info and subsequently have taken an unauthorised payment for another year I did not want .
Had a reply to say no refund is due , I’ll take the payment issue to my bank to deal with ,and to ofcom about this business practice .
Poor customer service when you need it
Similar to previous reviews, AVOID! The transfer process from Viaplay to Premier Sports was shockingly bad and even though I cancelled my subscription with Viaplay, apparently it was during the transfer process and Premier Sports has continued to charge me since then. The company refuses to refund me without supporting documents which sadly, I don't have given I filled out an online form.
