Paid one month's subscription to watch one Scottish Cup match. Access to the match was so difficult I ended up seeing less than half of the game. They then tried to say I had signed up for 6 months subscription and would continue to charge my card. After my protests they agreed to charge for only two months. So nearly £26 to see less than half of one match.

An absolute waste of money. I concur with the majority of reviews already posted. Tried to watch Premiersports1 tonight and it kept dropping out with messages saying there was problems with sky box, funny all other channels were working ok. I checked all connections and restarted the box but as expected this made no difference. Premiersports finally gave up after 20 minutes.

Abslute rubbish service.

I received an email today from Premier Sports in regards to payment failure when I haven't subscribed to this.
I had the misfortune to call the customer support to raise my concerns and I think I would have been better talking to my cat as he would have been more helpful.
The usual thing happens you contact the support number and your put through to someone who's first language isn't English and being from Scotland even spelling your name doesn't work.
If companies have customer support would it not be better if your calling from your country you get someone who's first language is the same as your own.

Very poor. Cannot get sports player to connect to my TV when it clearly picks it up. All my other apps can connect no problem so nothing wrong with my phone that's for sure.

Why can’t I give no stars. Stream drops out all the time. Utter rubbish.
And now the clowns claim I’ve signed up for a 6 month contract. Which I haven’t.

Awful, awful, awful!!! I thought the reason for the buffering, drop out was my router so I bought a new one and a cable but that didn't work. I then realised it was the streaming service. I have no problems with Netflix, Amazon or Disney, soo disappointed. Shame on the company who sold the rights to broadcasting to this amateur. I'll be voting with my feet, suggest others do the same.

Trying to watch Leinster - Munster Pro 14 final live. Not a chance.

I hate giving premier sport money but it's the only place I can pro 14, the platform is awful, it always takes ages to login and the streaming is very patchy.

bunch of cowboys. I love my rugby and the only way to watch the pro14 is through these muppets, half the time the stream cuts out god knows how many times when watching live games, that is if your lucky enough to get it to play in the first place.
Right now im trying to watch the Ulster v Ospreys game on demand but all i get is error code 232001 so cant use the service i am paying my money for. RAGING.
ADVICE - DONT PAY FOR THIS CRAP...

Unbearably poor streaming, keeps dropping out. They are a shower of crooks. Can't stream the rugby without continual drop out even sitting next to the router. Tried to watch betfred cup tonight now giving up what a waste of time. Stream now tv no dropout for the full game

Absolute shower. Trying to stream Pro 14 constantly gives problems. Today's Welsh derby so far none of the first match, approx. 70 mins played has been available. Total waste of money. Avoid.

Absolute crooks. Avoid! Same as others, hiked my renewal fee up more than double and took the money without any notification. I asked to cancel within a day or two and they’ve tried to fob me off telling me that the 14 day cooling off period doesn’t apply to a renewal, yet it’s a new one year contract. You can’t have it both ways.

Avoid this company like the plague. They are dishonest crooks. I had emailed to cancel my subscription and was later amazed that not only was I charged £120 for another year but I was also unable to cancel it or get my money back. Customer service was very rude.

This sites a con. You can watch the same fights on box nation (YOKO fight). The yoko fight didn’t even play on their app is lost service before it started. They then won’t then let you cancel. They even charged me double for the same month. I went to cancel and it showed a half price 3 monthly offer, I thought I might get something out of this app then in the long run. What they did was charge me this straight away, not when my month subscription finished! So I’ve paid £12.95 for 3 days and they expect you to pay also their new offer price. They haven’t responded in a week to my complaint and won’t let me speak to their billing team on the phone. They are not a reliable boxing platform AVOID it.

After being a customer for their full tenure of the Pro14 rights, I have decided I cannot give Premier Sports my money. The streams frequently and persistently drop out, the selection of pundits game-to-game is unbalanced and doesn't seem to have been done with an eye to their knowing anything about the teams playing. In addition, the camera teams can be a bit hit and miss

It isn't all bad, and I'd come back if they dealt with their streaming issues. At the moment, however, it's wholly frustrating - defeating the purpose of what should be a nice little escape.
