Terrible service
Terrible service - I’ve had it for two years now as it’s the only way to access the Pro14 games. I say “access” rather than”watch” as watching is a challenge. I have high speed broadband - Netflix, Sky Go, Amazon Prime are not problem but a whole game on Premier Sports? No chance. Even on demand is flaky. It stops and I need to reload or sign in again to get it to work. I. The process I miss portions of games and the live service has no rewind. Probably the only tv service on the planet which requires a captcha to login!
Inexplicable why Pro14 would choose to give the rights to these wasters - seriously damaging to the product.
If this is the only way to watch Pro14 in the future then I won’t be watching it.

Frustrating and expensive, but at least the three above allow you to watch the sport you've paid for!
Trying to cast from the Premiertv player is sketchy at best, buffering, jumping back and forward, ZX Spectrum style pixilation. That is when it works at all!
I was paying monthly, with an auto renewal, but every so often, sometimes each month, sometimes every couple of months, I would start an hour before kick off to try and get everything set up, (advisable when casting the Premier TV app), to find that my account had lapsed? So frustrating!!
Rubbish service
Rubbish service. As other people have mentioned keeps sticking & trying to reload & we keep missing minutes of the game. We used to blame our internet but we swtched to high speed internet and still the same problem. So frustrating & won't be renewing.

After spending a whole 30 mins just trying to sign in the game I’m watching keeps stopping and freezing and trying to catch itself up so it keeps jumping minutes at a time I’m paying for this and it’s just not acceptable I will not be renewing my subscription and will tell others to avoid as its clearly a terrible service for the money we pay
Illegal streaming would be a better option
I signed up for the online player, only because I wanted to watch the Scottish cup games they had exclusive rights to. When I cancelled I had an offer of £2.99 a month to stay, well my mistake was accepting the offer, they took the £2.99 and also the full fee £11.99 from my account. They refused to speak to me on the phone because I'm not a sky customer, you have to email if you're an online customer. I emailed, and a week later was told I'm not getting a refund because I have online, and I'm a sky account holder. I have never owned Sky, and the irony that I couldn't speak to them because I don't have sky was lost on them. You'd have less hassle illegally streaming whatever match it is you want to watch.
Be Very Careful When You Sign Up To Premier Sports
I can only add to the many bad reviews on this site. I took advantage of a £50 offer to see if I needed Premier Sports. I decided I did not. I was waiting for a reminder that my subscription was running out but they automatically renewed me. I was told that I had ticked the automatic renewal button ( which I did not), I was then told that the automatic renewal was in their terms and conditions. A lesson to me is read the terms and conditions!!

I would not give them one star but it is the lowest possible. As with others they do not return calls or emails. No pre service. No after sales service .Difficult to believe that they are permitted to continue with a license to broadcast La Liga . I had been willing to give them another chance. They failed me again. Poor streaming. Unable to sign in for matches. Absolutely crap product. Hope you take notice La Liga. You could have many more viewers if you award the license elsewhere.

There isn't much i can script which would be different to the other negative reports on here other that i absolutely substantiate everything written. A truly shocking company who have zero customer care. A reassuring part is with a service like they provide, they will surely cease trading. My fingers are crossed.

The worst viewing experience ever. I don’t think I’ve watched a single game since this lot took over without problems. The quicker they lose the franchise the better.
Truly awful
Truly awful. The player keeps cutting out and they don't offer refunds. Completely unwatchable. They took a whole year payment off me when I asked to cancel two whole days before their deadline. Wasted communications with them, they don't address your issues, instead they prefer to answer questions they want to answer. I'm also unable to watch any sport as the app just cuts out. Not my equipment, netflix, sky sports etc. All these apps work fine. Complete disgrace!
Beyond disgraceful
Charged my credit card £120 with no warning of the price hike. Attempted to login on to check the account details. Website says the password is incorrect. Followed the Forgot Password link, reset the password, only to be told the log on failed. So I tried the password reset again. Four times. On four different devices. 3 different browsers. Each time the password reset message says it's successful, then refuses to accept the new password on the log in screen. So they have my credit card details, can charge me whatever they want, and refuse to let me login to cancel, or even manage my account. The are either utterly incompetent or outright dishonest. Probably both.

You read the other reviews, mine is not different. They sold me a one off product, then updated terms and conditions half a year after without notifying us. Creative way to steal money. I was not going to renew this year as many others. They even changed domain to erase bad reviews. Happy to see they still have a 1.something star. Horrible horrible horrible company. No doubt this kind of operation will be illegal in a few years.
Don't Seem Very Honest!
Terrible, terrible company. No warning that they were going to take £120 by direct debit. Apparently the £99 I paid last year (and they confirmed at the time was a yearly charge) was increased to £120 and subscribers were told of the increase at the end of last year, I have checked my email, checked my junk folder (as I do regularly), nothing at all. Their website still touts the £99 as being the annual charge, not an introductory offer or for "returning customers" (so loyalty counts for nothing then?) I am so disappointed by this company, I have asked them if there is an external organisation (like Ofcom in the UK) I can complain to, we will see what they say. I wouldn't mind if they were more open and honest, I could live with that, but they just seem sneaky. Because they take my money by DD, I believe there are certain procedures they have to follow, especially if there is an increase. Very short-sighted, they get an extra £21 this year but lose out on any future revenue from me because of short term gain. Mind you, then I get to be a "returning customer", go figure!

Stole 120 pounds and they refuse to give it back as it's in their terms and conditions apparently, even though last year I was charged 49 pounds for the year on a special offer and was told it was a one off and wouldnt roll on, however have been charged full price with no notice whatsoever and they arent bothered one bit.

Sounds like my recent experience has been the same as many other individuals, and the only comfort that I can take is that any business that acts in this manner will isolate itself from its customer base and eventually fail.
Been a subscriber on and off for a couple of years, but Premier Sports decided to take £120.00 from my credit card without any prior warning. Complained and attempted to cancel, but the customer service representative (if you can call them that) was well versed in pretending to listen, but clearly had a script which is well rehearsed in dealing with the same complaint.
Will never deal with this business again and would suggest that they are avoided by all. The Pro 14 representatives also need to take note, as this business should not be the main route to market for this product.
Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No doubt the influence of CVC will ensure that the broadcasting rights end up with a far more professional outfit going forward.

Like most on here took £120 without consent so cancelled and gave them 365 days notice that I was cancelling. Bunch of unprofessional cowboys. Do not touch them with a barge pole
