Is it the worst streaming service in UK? Oh yes it is. From 18rh century. Don't waste time buying anything.

Absolute rubbish buffering every 10 seconds then after a few mins of that it reloads and you have missed approx 3 to 5 mins of play.
Result not half time yet and of the four goals scored in 38mins I have only seen 1

It's hard to believe we are in year 2020 and an organisation can conduct themselves in such a brazen, criminal manner - completely lacking any kind of ethical decency.
Same as everyone else on this post, been trying to cancel for months without success, (as I'm stuck in another country due to pandemic and lost my job) , but then I was randomly charged an annual £120 subscription. Disgrace.

As with many of the recent reviews on here, my subscription this year was changed to an annual charge with zero email notifcations and £120 was taken out of my account, which they simply refuse to refund, despite not even using the service due to poor coverage and streaming quality. The online account management is atrocious to say the least and often won't even let you sign in, while it is impossible to contact them over the phone. For people who want to watch the Pro14, my advice is to find somewhere else to watch it.

For the past 10 yrs I paid monthly for this channel. I watch just 1 thing..NHL hockey. A few weeks ago they started sharing the NHL games with BT Sports. In fact BT Sports had more playoffs than PS. I rang to cancel my subscription but noticed they took £120 from my account the week before. The automatically renewed my and changed to a yearly payment without my consent. I spoke to them 3 times and they could not care less. Very unhelpful, awful service and unsympathetic. Terrible service. AVOID like C19.

I would give them 0 out of 5 starts but there is no option for it. Don’t waste your money, you won’t be able to watch your game anyway

Website crashes and then you ring up and they can’t cope with the volume , totally crap!!

Shocking service, apart from not being able to watch the 2nd half of the spurs game due to transmission, trying to upgrade to watch on Sky, you can’t online and then if you call, they are so busy they can’t even put you in a queue and send you back to the website.

Don’t do it. Just don’t. Atrocious company. Customer services rude and unhelpful. Almost as if they know they are going bust. I sent an official cancellation in February during COVID. It was very clear. They replied saying they were pausing it. Not what I wanted but at least they’d not steal money from me in the meantime. They have since restarted it without informing me and now are trying to collect moneys owed. Threats with bad Credit marks, etc. Trying to tempt you to call thier premium number to sort out. On top of this it was a crap service. Crap quality TV. I wish there was a way to let our Rugby Clubs aware maybe change thier choices.

The registration process is absolutely futile.
If you wish to spend endless time recycling your registration information, this is ideal. Goodbye to Pro14 season.

I made a one off payment to last year. My son had an email to say thank you for your payment Now taken £120. from my account Rang the no @ 13p a minute and was told I had a rolling contract and there was nothing I could do. I ve cancelled for 2021\2022 and blocked them with the bank. SCAMMERS.

It doesn’t get any worse than this, it’s that simple - Virgin Media need to have a look at themselves too for offering this channel. Didn’t see much more than 60 minutes of the match tonight, and big chunks of that were heavily pixelated. Absolutely scandalous.

Absolutely shocking service! Watched the rerun of the Red Imps v Rangers game that kept breaking up. They missed the 4th goal and then went to adverts with 8 mins to go. The adverts went on for 20 mins and they never returned to the game.
What an absolute joke of a channel!

To Premier Sports - Like many Spurs fans I signed up to watch the Spurs game, not Serie A highlights. Please provide a refund. Could you please issue a Twitter statement if we will all get a refund, it will save us all the bother of doing a credit card chargeback.

To UEFA - please do not give any rights to mickey mouse providers like 'Premier' Sports. Apologies to Disney for comparing their fine mouse to a shower like Premier Sports.

If I could give 1 I would. Amateur hour comes to mind with this service! Absolute appalled and disgusted with the service this company provides! 9.99 a month too! Will never be coming back and will tell all my friends to never use this tinpot service.

Appalling - subscribed to watch Spurs game. Saw less than half game. No apology on screen and not even a summary to show what happened after the game.

Useless. Bought to watch the Spurs games. Picture breaking up and then lost for big chunks of the game. Missed the goals. They broadcast ads and documentaries instead. Turns out others were watching fine on YouTube without paying a subscription. Joke of a company.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Picture is constantly breaking up during live football matches & then goes off completely. No apologies or info on when it will be back on, they put on documentaries instead!!!!
Scandalous that this company is allowed a broadcast licence let alone win bids for showing football.

Absolutely awful! i bought to watch the spurs games and because of outages i spent more time watching adverts.....i got better info watching sky bets updates....crap....avoid!

First time subscriber and awful service and transmission why contract to receive a signal without checking that the sender can guarantee a decent signal
