Probably the worst customer experience I have ever encountered and would rate a minus if I could.

I can’t even mention the word service in this review as it was non existent.

Personally enquired via their chat regarding an item - this was answered promptly and was encouraging

Purchased an item based on title, description, photos and answers to enquiry

Invoice and receipt repeated the full detail of what was advertised

When item arrived - it was a lesser, inferior model quite substantially

From that moment on, no phone calls were answered, no chat responded to. Emails were answered every three days or so if answered and we had to chase each time.

The responses were vague and prolonged the resolve, which is still ongoing.

In short - they advertised a much better model than what was received, and when we finally got them to accept that they wanted us to pay a further £700 for the item we thought we were buying.

Since rejecting that offer - it’s been almost radio silence. They would only arrange collection at a time that suited them and would not compromise, so I have to take time off work.

We are awaiting them to collect the item and issue a refund - although requests to find out when this actually is has gone unanswered.

Subsequently - I have a kitchen installed with no oven, and it has ruined the excitement of having a new kitchen as it’s sitting unfinished. I’m £1100 down and have an inferior oven sitting in my lounge for days.

Stay away from what I can only call scammers trying to extort money once a sale has gone through. They advertised one thing and delivered another lesser product.

The best we got out of them was ‘oh yes sorry, we can see how it is misleading,’

They placed the incorrect details on an item and mis-sold us. It’s been nearly a month since we took delivery and we are still waiting on our money back.

Now the website and advertising says permanently closed - and no communications have been answered.

Awful company to avoid at all costs

Awful company to avoid at all costs. Having never received our item (value of £179) we received an email three weeks after the order asking if we had sent it back to them. We confirmed we had never received the item, have emailed them three times since and heard nothing back over a space of two weeks. No telephone number to call and the one I managed to find on their Facebook page doesn’t work.

Good product, slow delivery, bad packaging.

Although I am happy that they did have the AEG chemicals that I needed in stock, it was puzzling to see the delivey date quoted of almost 2 weeks(considering the item comes from within UK). But even that aside, it arrived with labels stuck to both original chemicals boxes (just thin letterbox sized) and wrapped in cling film together then with another label on top. Not that it matters much that it was see-through, but I had 2nd hand purchases from eBay wrapped much better and presentable than that.

Super helpful

I contacted Premium Appliances to source some parts for a Neff extractor. The manufacturer instructions were rubbish but the fine folks at Premium Appliances were super helpful, informative, and a pleasure to deal with, even out of hours. Everything turned up the next working day and now, thanks to them, my kitchen is fully functional.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service, very prompt and helpful when i was trying to find a correct part for my new induction hob. Would definitely recommend! Great product too.

We had an excellent experience

We had an excellent experience. Very good customer service, very prompt replies even after hours. We had to sadly cancel an order and there was no problem with the refund. Will definitely use them again for our next purchase

Very reasonably priced item.

Very reasonably priced item ordered from them. However on the day they stated it would be available for collection, it was'nt. Fortunately a very kindly employer from the shop offered to take me to the warehouse where it was stored nearby, enabling me to take my new microwave home.
