I placed an order for an AEG ducting kit but I had to cancel it immediately. They promptly acted and refunded the order. All is well.

The appliance was delivered on time and in good order.
Communication by phone was unsuccessful but emails received a prompt reply. I am still awaiting details for the 5 year guarantee.

The team are easy to deal with and very responsive! The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because they changed the delivery date and I only knew because I asked. However even then the way they supported the delivery requirements due to the date change were fantastic. Would def use them again.

Speedy delivery
Easy website to search for goods. Speedy delivery and items arrived safely. I thought delivery charge was excessive. I paid £20 but postage label was just over £7. Would have been 5 stars if delivery charge was more reasonable.
