Real service with a smile, a good price & a wonderful showroom
I'd been looking to replace my Siemens Oven with a new one online. I came accross Premium Appliances and as they were local decided to give them a try. Being wary of online purchases I asked if I could call in to their ofice, and was invited to their showroom and to meet the staff. Great team of people willing to help, and give advice. Orderd my new oven which came a couple of weeks early and we're over the moon with it. Harry the Manager has been very helpful with a couple of other kitchen issues as well. Will I buy from them again? Yes, we're already talking of a dishwasher upgrade, and Premium Appliances WILL be our first port of call

Good price and service, but item was late.
Item came as expected but arrived a day late- delivery driver was courteous and polite as was the customer service team. Very well priced, would of been 5* bar the late delivery.

Great customer experience
I was looking to replace my old AEG dishwasher with a more energy efficient model and came across Premium Appliances online who had the model in stock at a very competitive price.
After a quick call to confirm the stock and delivery options (I wanted the old machine removed) I found it easy to order online and received a follow up call to arrange delivery. They were flexible over delivery dates as I needed to change timings and when I forgot to retain some installation brackets (left on and removed with the old machine) they recovered them and delivered them on the next available run.
Very impressed with the customer experience!

Excellent service …
Harry offered a great service for which our household is extremely grateful. We had been let down by our service provider in supply of an oven. On the contrary, Premium Appliances were responsive and very helpful in processing our order on time and for a good price. The delivery service was also exceptional. We will gladly recommend this company for this excellent service.

Possible scam company - beware!
Was looking for aeg appliances and thought it was too good to be true - in stock when most other places where out of stock and cheaper than everywhere else.
Tried to chat on line to them and on the phone number on their website and no answer.
Luckily didn’t purchase anything.
Writing this review to warn other people as there are several other similarly named companies on trust pilot with good reviews which could catch people out

sorry, we were in the process of launching our new site we are not a scam company and have been operating for a good period of time in our showroom we did have some teething problems when launching the website but this was only the first week when some of the functionality was not working correctly and we were not receiving all inquiries correctly, we were very sorry for any inconvenience caused but this is not a true reflection of our company.
