Slow delivery
It took me to email to get a confirmation and invoice. Then had a further wait for long delivery but it’s stated 48hr recorded delivery!

yes we do have one negative feedback but this was left before we started trading with our online store we still believe we send automatic invitations and do not filter them so we are happy to take any comments which help us to improve as sometimes things can go wrong

Price was good but the receptionist , possibly Kerry ? was really helpful when my internet connection was poor. Good delivery and machine seems good so far

Excellent price and service
Have just purchased two appliances from Premium Appliances. Excellent company to do business with. Competitively priced, fast delivery and very accommodating when I needed one of the appliances super fast.

Friendly, helpful and excellent service
Everyone I have in contact with in Premium Appliances in Southampton, UK had been excellent. The cooker hood and extractor was delivered on time with no problems. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. The person who delivered the products was also very friendly and arrived on time. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Great service - over and above
I was looking for a recirculation kit for a new Bosch extractor over my hob. After I initially ordered the wrong item, Premium Appliances went over and above to find and source the right one and ended up giving me the first item (which was a spare filter). They kept me informed and were helpful all through a lengthy process. Great service.

I really like this very nice and stylish appliance. Since both gas and induction are combined in one appliance, you can choose which one to use. Very easy to operate. I am very pleased with this hob.
